November 3Nov 3 Over 550 miles without a breakdown this year, then a little over a mile into this mornings' run blew out a calf muscle. So pissed.
November 13Nov 13 Hit 1k peloton rides in late October. @vikas83 only wishes…Started the serious lifting in early oct and sitting at 199 with some nice gains. New splits are working nicely.
