I didn't say "race baiting is ok" as some are commenting. I said it's going to be subjective, it's not specifically listed in rules.  So if someone uses the term "running QB" and someone replies they think that's a veiled reference to a black QB that's not necessarily "race baiting."  So what if someone has the opinion that white QBs are judged differently than black QBs?  That's an opinion, that's not a violation.  I also said:  "However, excessive trolling is. This can be very subjective, we'll monitor reports and look for trolling or personal attacks. If you're repeatedly calling someone racist without merit that can fall under a warning category."  I'll take a look at recent posts, if you are just constantly telling people they're racist because they don't like Hurts and they haven't actually said anything racist then that might fall under a violation.

Some of these posts being quoted weren't reported.  We're not reading every post every day so stop saying the mods allow or enable things.  We mostly go by what is reported.  And we mostly ignore reported posts.  It's the internet, have thick skin. 

It's impossible to moderate and make everyone happy.  I've lectured you all repeatedly that we weren't moderating much until you all asked for it.  If we get too strict and get very literal you'd complain, if we're too lenient you complain.  We get reports of "race baiting" and there's no mention of race, we get reports of insults and attacks when it's usual trash talk.  It's not going to be perfect.

Now do you want to talk about the public admission that some of you came here to hijack this topic and annoy people who like Hurts?  Quoting people you know someone has on ignore to taunt them?  Do we want to talk about repeatedly calling Hurts gay, attacking posters who post positive Hurts stats with insults?   Publicly attacking me and the mods?  Do you actually want warning points and suspensions?  Or do you want to have thick skin and stop crying about every little thing on the internet?

Hurts took a beating outside of the pocket yesterday, against the Bears, who are last in the NFL in sacks, pressures and QB hits.  He should not have even need to get his jersey washed after the game.

Since we are using percentages and statistics let’s just use Jalen Hurts in a total of 46 possible games playable so far in his career Jalen has played in 44 of them. That means he currently has played in 96% of playable games and we know at least one of those games he didn’t play in because the coaches sat him for the playoffs in Dallas. We are acting like he’s an injury statistic when he hasn’t been that guy at all in his career so far. 

Hurts is hurt. Shoulder injury. Probably won’t play against the Boys.

 

 

Wentz missed 3 games with a consensus lead in MVP voting, and it was when the dust settled that everyone was going Brady. Unless Mahomes plays less than standard to end the season AND hurts comes back for Saints + Giants, the award is almost Assuredly Patrick’s

Not to sound rude. Who gives a crap about league MVP? That crap is cursed anyway. Rather him win SB MVP. TB12 has been to 10 SBs and won 7, never in those 7 winning years he was league MVP. Back in 2000 was the last time a MVP QB won the SB (Warner)

I think that’s one of those Madden curse things. Brady came back on Ryan because the MVP trophy was holding him down? Graham got the strip sack on Brady because Wentz got hurt so Brady defaulted into the reward?
