You didn’t buy any fancy covers or service plans. One charge would last well over a week. It didn’t do anything but make phone calls and text, but still.

Saturday at 01:17 PM1 day Unpopular opinion: stand comedy in arenas/stadiums kinda sucks. Like totally understand why they do it. Make your money Shane, dude earned it. And I'm sure it was still a blast. But you lose all the intimate crowd work once you're out of a theater. Not a good format for it to me.

It comes across as weird and disjointed for a stand up performance. And then half the time you're staring at his back or side. Even theaters can be hit or miss depending on the venue, but at least they're always facing you. If they're intent on doing big shows like this, at least go to an amphitheater like red rocks or the hollywood bowl.

Even the performers joked about it not being the best venue for comedy. But at the same time it was kind of epic having that many people there for the show. The place went nuts when Shane announced Chapelle was coming on stage. We all thought Big J was the final act other than Shane.
