Even the performers joked about it not being the best venue for comedy. But at the same time it was kind of epic having that many people there for the show. The place went nuts when Shane announced Chapelle was coming on stage. We all thought Big J was the final act other than Shane.Oh yeah I can see the crowd roar being a lot of fun. Also didn't realize Big J was there. Makes sense for the Philly connection and he knows Shane well but still. Love that for him. He's one of my favorite crowd work comics since Patrice died.

The crowd work done was limited to making a joke about being a girls basketball coach and getting to see them "develop”. It landed flat so he turned 90 degrees and said "ok, let’s try that one again but with you guys”. (That was Shane. J just sat on a chair in the middle of the stage and did zero crowd work)Jokes were more crowd general like Chapelle saying how we were the whitest crowd that he ever saw (he wasn’t wrong. I saw one Asian girl and that was about it. And the guy she was with had a mullet so that canceled out that bit of diversity)
