Grilling is absolutely the best for these reasons plus sitting out back and drinking beer like mentioned before. I like to get the dishes done after dinner, but if we’re busy or it gets late, or if the dishwasher fills up and needs to run, I’m fine with letting them sit and soak until I get done with work the next day. That really irritates my wife, and doesn’t usually do the dishes because it really bothers her hands and causes a rash that we haven’t been able to figure out why. We both do laundry, but I hate putting it away… I’m fine to live out of the basket (except for khakis/dress pants and button down/polo shirts for work). Again, that irritates my wife, so we usually work together to put the laundry away within 3-4 days after it is washed and folded. She’s fine to leave laundry in the dryer for days on end before taking it out to fold it, and that really bugs me on the other hand.
