"But the other team didn't get a chance!" you still gotta play both sides of the ball. if an offense can milk the clock for 8 minutes you deserve to lose. just don't like seeing the game basically decided on a coin flip. if the Bills had won the toss there's a good chance it would've worked out differently.
January 24, 20223 yr treat it as a 5th quarter with sudden death first score wins. Coin toss winner at the beginning of the game can decide to pick one of three or defer. Choices are receive 1st half, 2nd half, or O/T. Non choosing team gets the other 2 options.

The OT possession should be based off who had the ball first. If you get the ball to start the game, you get the ball to start overtime.
