Hey paco, why don't you fly southwest?  Are you some sort of snob or something?

Southwest Airlines passenger JO'd four times on flight, feds say

In my defense, I had just watched some amazing midget porn.

That’s pretty much how things run in the zuker household anyway, but I printed it out and hung it on the fridge as a helpful reminder

Southwest used to be great before they started marketing to poors.

I prefer JetBlue now. Free WiFi. My own tv. It’s nice.

Started? The entire concept behind the airline was to make air travel available to the poors. They basically ruined the flying experience on all airlines - now imbeciles line up around the gate when they are boarding first class. Sit down Jethro, they are boarding group 7 later.

Just time share a private jet. Go bigger.

You fly on airlines and not a chartered plane out of an FBO?

Maybe try not being poor.

I never understood wanting to be on the plane first. I’m the arsehat that shows up as late as possible.

I’ve literally been on real airlines where the poors use to Southwest think seating assignments are a suggestion.

Overhead storage. Especially if you are in the bulkhead row.

I’ve never not had room overhead. Maybe not right above my head but a row ahead or across the aisle. But I’m usually flying internationally so there’s plenty of room.

That's me looking up anything on the internet. Googling directions or buying something on amazon takes me 45 minutes.

where do you sit?   In first/business there is plenty of room.  In the very back of economy are spots that are the spots that go last.  But domestically, the spots in the front and middle get snapped up quickly.

international is probably a different story since you are likely to have more people checking bags, thus freeing up room.

Sat first class once for free and it wasn’t worth the extra money it would cost to do again imo. Economy or economy plus is where I sit. I’ve sat in the last row before and had space. Usually I have my stuff and the wife’s stuff so 2 checked bags, 2 carry ons, and 2 personal items. Never had an issue with space.

Domestically and short international trips or a long international trip?

Domestically I would agree with (except when baby girl was 5 weeks old, first was necessary). If it was just me, I could pull a short international trip in coach too.

But for a long extended international flight first is the way to go. Obviously the comfort is a big reason, but food on those international flights resemble something a human would eat and shouldn’t be discounted .

Usually Newark to Berlin. The food was good and the lay down seats too but not for what it would cost if I was paying it out of pocket. I’m usually sleeping for 4 out of 8 hours on the flight so I’m not too concerned with all the different things you get in first class.

Gotcha.  Was it just a slightly wider seat that laid flat, or was it a suite like:

(we flew in that from Italy back to the States)

(We will be in those going to Ireland next month)

My grandparents saved every extra screw, nut, bolt and washer in those tins. When I was a kid they would almost almost outweigh me.
