I did something similar during one of my sister's sleepovers when I was a kid.... 

They watched Poltergeist and then played the Ouija Board. 

I had the remote control to the TV and changed the channel to channel 2 (snow) and they all freaked out..... Half of them had to call their parents to go home 🤣

After watching When a Stranger Calls as a kid(the original "the call is coming from inside the house” movie) my buddy and I decided to abduct his sister’s goldfish and crank call her asking "have you checked the goldfish?”
