I'd only bring back Williams if it also meant he was cured. Otherwise it's just reintroducing torment.

Assuming not, it's gotta be Irwin or maybe the power ranger. Just based on age.

Irwin and Henson were cut down in the prime of their careers.   (Henson was in his early 50s and was working on multiple projects when he died of pneumonia) 

Mr Rogers and Stan Lee were already finished with their careers 

Robin Williams probably had a few more good movies left in him if he wasn't sick, but it's safe to say that his best work was still behind him.
