Fitz had an insane catch radius and dominated as a WR. Pitts is Vernon Davis

In no way is he Larry Fitzgerald but have you seen Pitts catch radius???   I'd say that's one if his main strengths.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Hope Gannon brings that to Philly.

It'll be a change from Schwartz' bend but don't break schemes. Not that it's necessarily bad, but to make it work you need a veteran defense that shuts down teams in the red zone.

If you're gonna play a lot of kids on defense it's best just to let them run to the ball and not think too much.

Is that really the same thing as directly tweeting stuff at Wentz? Give me a break.

I think his overall point is people suck. But especially when they can hide behind a screen name

My top 2 concerns are:

a) why haven't we brought in a new gm?

and

b) how on earth are we going to unload our franchise nightmare qb on another team

this is bad times like dream team era bad times

It is February 13th and still no one has any clue what’s actually happening

Shows two things.
1)How bad Howie botched this thing.
2) How much the rest of the league thinks of Wentz.

He is a freaking idiot...drove a coach out of town, chasing the QB out of town without trying to rehab him, I'd wager he stirred the he is a bad guy pot too in the media, can't draft for crap, and has them locked into bad contracts.

Rashod Bateman could end up being the best WR in the entire class...the guy looks like Odell Beckham Jr. in his prime....

Have a feeling this will drag into March. There’s really no incentive at this point for anyone to cave now given that they have another Month to work this out.

In all honesty the only one up against st it is the eagles bc of the bonus. Other teams will have time to work other options if they can't get Wentz.

How did he botch it? The initial offers were lowball, he didn't panic.

We don't know what's been offered, but given the alternatives on the market, waiting a couple weeks won't make much of a difference. Darnold? Mariota?

Howie doesn't have to make a move before March 19, when the bonus payment is due.

Stafford cost the equivalent of a 1st, 2nd and 3rd and taking Goff's contract. That set the ceiling. Howie didn't expect to get 2 1st rd picks, that's simply an opening ploy for negotiations.

Tannehill and Flacco went for 4th rd picks ins 2019, Foles a 4th in 2020.

And he could be had in the late 1st after a trade down or two in a lot of mocks.

An ideal scenario would be a trade down that nets an early 2nd rd pick. Grab Bateman then bolster the D or OL with the next two picks. Something like Bateman and then two from a group of Trevon Moehrig, Zaven Collins, Jaelan Phillips, Wyatt Davis, and Creed Humphrey.

Boosters are a normal part of vaccinations and it's been talked about since the beginning of this that a booster could possibly be required at some point. That's different than saying the vaccines are only effective for 90 days which is wholly misleading and false, implying that after 90 days immunity runs out. It doesn't. My wifes a nurse, best friends a nurse, mom, brother and myself are all front line radiology, my cousin and his wife is a PA and she's an anesthesiologist, aunts a nurse, my whole family is medical.

Sorry, I don't mean to get snippy here or sound like a jerk.  I get a little touchy about this as there's so much misleading information about vaccines. I get so many patients who say they don't need to vaccine because they already had covid, or that it's unsafe and that people are dying or getting covid from it all this asinine BS on a daily basis. They usually STFU once I tell them I've already had both of my shots and I'm not dead, microchipped or brainwashed.

Doesn't bother me a bit.  You aren't contradicting me.  You are confirming what I heard... 'booster' in about 3 months.

One thing the nurse friend of mine mentioned was folks who had had the virus previously seem to be responding worse from the vaccine.   Noth sure if that's all of them, or not.  This was referencing the Moderna.  And a woman who works with my wife had the virus, and then got knocked out of work for 3 days after the first shot of the vaccine.

TIFWIW but he seems to be the most plugged into Wentz camp

Yup.  I’m not sure what’s more pathetic, delivering the anonymous hate or putting your entire life on social media despite not being able to handle anonymous criticism.

Pretty much.  Any social media can be toxic.  I'm sure there are people on there that are nice, caring, compassionate people that do nothing but positive things yet random people will probably post messages to them to F off.

Wentz may well prefer to come back and raise his stock around the league, rather than be traded to a team like Chicago.

And it isn't like Howie has rushed to dump him (or punish him), rather, Indy which is his best destination, has been playing hardball with Howie, trying to low ball him.  Howie could take a better deal from another team but put Wentz in a bad situation.

Nor will Hurts pout, he has been benched in college, he knows he needs to improve his game, but Howie would discuss with with Siri and make sure Hurts gets his share of reps with the #1s. That is both insurance against Wentz getting hurt if he returns and to prepare Hurts to take over if Wentz is traded down the road.

I’m seeing a lot better YAC ability in this video than I’ve seen in other videos of him.  Good route runner, good hands, but I don’t see the Eagles trading to the end of the first round to take him.

Now, if he were on the board at #37 for the second round pick that could be a plan if they trade back a bit in the first and grab a CB like Farley or Surtain.

That’s just another form of victim shaming. People should hold themselves to a higher standard. Or at the very least, don’t be a POS. It’s pretty easy to not "hit send.”

Again, I agree.  There are alot of bad people in this world that cant help themselves.  Especially if they get to hide behind an anonymous account.

Didnt he opt out at first, then decided to play.  Then when the season wasnt going well he opted out again?  If so that screams a little diva to me or was he injured?

If we didnt have a SB I'd agree.  People think we are doomed but things can turn around  quickly.  We are proof of that after Chip was fired.

From what we're seeing this certainly seems to be the trend. A nurse friend in Cali got Covid and he said on both shots he felt like he got Covid again except that the symptoms weren't as severe and only lasted a day or two. I believe his was the Pfizer. My brother, wife and I all got both shots and we were all totally. Arm was super sore, but other than that totally fine.

If we dont go wr in first round he should be a priority target with our next pick

Teams can turn around quickly but we still have Howie who thinks he's smarter than every other GM

If Lurie had a full rebuild and got rid of Howie then I think we could turn around quickly as well
