The Crown looked dire to me.  I've not even bothered with it. I feel sorry for the male other halves who have been forced to watch however many series it's been on for.  It's as bad that other one that everyone went gaga over a few years back. No idea what it is called, but you lot ate it up!

I meant to ask you — I’m not seeing many athletic C in this draft (not that there are ever many like Kelce at getting to the second level), but do you have interest in Creed Humphrey or Landon Dickerson in the draft for the Eagles?  Do you think the Eagles will move Seumalo to C instead if/when Kelce retires, and consider drafting Wyatt Davis at G?

Humphrey and Dickerson are fine players but they couldn't be more different from Kelce. They're big powerful guys but they're not particularly quick and they don't run well. If the new HC wants to keep most of the same run scheme that we've had in years past - and retaining Stoutland certainly points to that - then I don't think he'll want either of those guys unless he sees them at G. I really like the idea of Davis moving in at LG and Isaac going to C, ASSUMING Kelce retires. Davis is a hell of a player.

Right now, the defense of Howie of 'he does better when he's drafting higher', is pretty lame.   Yeah, most teams do, that's where the vast majority of Pro Bowlers, All-Pros and HoFers come from.  Meanwhile, that's just one player.   This team needs far more than that, and we have Howie to thank for how bare the cupboard is.  Giving him more rope just makes this situation worse.

It's not a defense. It's a logical reasoning that you are less likely to pick someone who sucks when only 5 draft prospects have been taken
