That wouldn't even come close to Deshaun's value.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

I’m curious to see what the Jets do. I think the no. 2 pick has a ton of value cause i think teams will want Wilson but do the Jets want Wilson or fields. If the Jets are fine moving on with darnold for 2021 building the team up around him and giving him him their minds better coaches like LaFleur and saleh and a ton of cap then i think they sell at the highest price. It’s going to be costly. Not sure i make that move for Wilson, fields or Lance

yup...without going too specific...if any of the #7-12 teams make a play early and jump into the 2/3 spot predraft....it will cause quite a scramble and a high draft value market

I think there’s next to zero chance the Eagles draft a QB in the first round.  That would require Howie explaining why he’s jettisoned the head coach, franchise QB, and second round QB (successor) all in the same offseason.

Trade back from 6 to #11 range, pick up an additional pick or two, try to rebuild the roster, then find a decent QB.  Gonna be a long 3-4 years.

I said it before and I’ll say it again — repairing Wentz was the best chance to accelerate a rebuild.  Now it’s gonna be a number of lean years.

Didn't Howie say he always wants to have 3 QBs? Wouldn't be surprised if they draft one in the 1st round

Lol that would be so petty

I think the Jets take Zach Wilson.  They’d be smart to stick with Darnold and build their roster, but neither Douglas or Saleh was there when he was drafted — so he’s likely gone

Idk read a lot of niners and Jets beat writers indicating LaFleur and Kyle shanahan both really liked darnold before saleh got the job and brought LaFleur with him. I tend to think more now that Wilson is who they go with unless they get some crazy offer. Frankly i could easily see some team talking themselves in Wilson and giving up something ridiculous.

Now if Howie could just get his thumb out of his,......... well we all know.

I could them using the 3rd round pick to acquire Kyle Trask (if he's available by the 3rd round).  Good size, good arm, pocket passer...could be a solid backup and decent developmental QB.

Trade everyone  Brooks, Johnson, Graham, Cox, Ertz, Slay anything that can get rid of salary and add picks or young talent.   We need to tear this down and build it up before we invest in a QB.  Roll with Hurts through the rebuild and then draft a QB when the team is ready.

I will be a Carson fan and will def root for him and Frank having success. I hope they land a few SBs over there. Will be only the 2nd time Ive ever pulled for another team to have success. Dawkins with the Broncos was the 1st.

Now you and your fellow Washers can go enjoy watching your binky destroy the Colts and stop pretending to be Eagles fans.  You've been insufferable for the last one year.

I think the panthers and niners could be the two teams to do it tbh. I think the niners are fine going Jimmy g for 2021 but have their guy ready to take over in 2022 or get their guytrade Jimmy G to clear space and get some sort of pick (s) back. Legitimately if they stay healthy and Jimmy G just plays average i think the niners are a playoff team. To me they are a QB away so going all in makes sense if they believe one is that guy long time

No, McNabb’s.

But wait, Wentz never said he wanted to leave, maybe he will block the trade!

So Eagles trade up to 2 for Wilson? Barf.

Yeah get rid of his entire O-Line and hope he succeeds. Great idea!

My suspicion is that Howie makes a big move  for Lawrence whether thats trade to 1, or trade to like, 3.

My preference is probably a trade down in round 1 for something other than QB, and then take Mac Jones at the top of round 2.

Yeah, definitely not my first choice at this time. Though I do like him a hell of a lot more than Fields and Hurts.

Hurts' jersey now comes up first on the team store.

That's my guess too.

Unprecedented times my friends!  Remember, we're all in this together.

Thank God we got 2017. Everyone always joked about the sacrifices they'd make for a Super Bowl and we're in the eye of the storm with that now. From an optics, structure, decision-making, and talent perspective, this is a bottom five team in the league.

I dont think he will succeed regardless.  I just dont think he is a QB you build around.  So I would rather tear it all down and get assests for everyone we can to speed up the rebuild.

I'm gonna pray Wentz stays healthy next year, he has to play 13 of 17 games. If he can't do that, a 2nd and 3rd is a good return. Not as good as (2) 2nds and a 3rd, but potentially slightly better if he holds up. Time to move on, obviously Siri didn't want him over Hurts or they would have done a full court press to make him happy to stay.

I think he'll be a top ten QB in Indy, but not 2017, that ship has sailed, but he won't start five more seasons, he's just one of those guys who gets injured on a regular basis,  Makes me think of someone like Carson Palmer, who had a good start to his career, got injured, slipped, got injured again, couple average years, injured again, a great bounce back year at 36 then it was over. I don't think Wentz will last that long, probably play 2 full seasons out of 4 in Indy, then go elsewhere, have a couple good years and two or three dinged up years and be out of the league by 35. Wouldn't surprise me if he pulled a "Luck" if he has another serious injury.

Now trade Ertz for a 4th rd pick and they're set up for a solid draft. I'd consider trading Slay if I can get a 2nd or at least a 3rd and 4th.

The next two years are a rebuild, the key is draft picks, auditioning young players and see what you have.

To me, Hurts and Wentz were both risks at this point in their careers, can Hurts develop, can Wentz rebound AND stay healthy?

If they take a QB in round 1...I'd never dump them as my team, but my level of passion would drop precipitously. It would be beyond stupid.

Sign Brissett, have him backup/compete.

Well. The Eagles must admit they completely screwed this whole thing up. Giving him a contract. Then drafting Hurts. Trading Wentz....

Us fans are being held hostage by Howie. Furious at this team.

Will Lowie admit anything?  Nope.  They are the smart ones.  Everyone else is stupid.  They know what they are doing.

I don't think the Jags are going to give up the #1 overall. Though I have been of the thought for a while that the Eagles will take a 1st round QB. I could see a trade up a a spot or two. Maybe the Falcons could be a trade partner.
