Eh, don't read in to that comment.  I'd argue that most Christians will say that God has a plan for them.  Look at Reggie White, God told him to sign with GB, who coincidentally had the biggest offer if I recall.

I don't think he's trying to deflect blame at all.

I'll take a roast pork with a good sharp provolone over a cheesesteak any day of the week.  I know it's a tourist trap now, but Dinic's makes a damn good sandwich.

That was a really nice statement from Wentz about the team, city, fans and ownership.  His agent did a great job writing it.

What's to bash about Reggie White? Guy should of got extended like Carson did, was coming off a outstanding season under a abysmal owner worse yet than the one we have now. Trying to compare apples and oranges..

*Taller, not "bigger/stronger".

  Hurts has a "bigger/stronger" frame.  Lance would need to "bulk up" some in order for his frame to be comparable to Hurts' frame and he would likely lose some speed; if he were to go in that direction. 

As for the rest, I haven't seen it in either his game film or on the stat sheet.  He reminds me of a poor man's Cunningham, to an extent...without Cunningham's vision or arm. 

That said, I don't like "talking down" about young, college prospects.   I think Lance is a developmental QB who could eventually do well in the NFL but I certainly don't value him higher than Hurts.
