Arm talent? No. Allen has a top 3-5 arm in the league.

We've seen guys with ok to good arms still throw well across their bodies like Allen does (Wilson, Murray, Watson, etc.). Knowing when/where to do that is also important.

Carson used to be one of those guys 😪

Wilson murray and Watson all

have cannons too!

Hurts appears to be a fine backup QB, but just doesn’t have the arm strength to be a viable 16 game starter

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Colts have been flirting with delay of games al day...finally got them there

It's honestly absurd. They should have been called multiple times. The announcers are making it sound normal (it's not).

Of the four of them.. Hurts has the weakest arm.

Should’ve been a first down easily for the colts with a better throw by rivers. Then the kicker goes full jake Elliott

Absolutely. Hurts is also a rookie. Why can't he improve his arm strength (like most QBs do in the pros)?

Most QBs do not improve their arm strength in the NFL. They might improve their accuracy, decision making, mechanics, but arm strength is almost always what it is at this point.

all year  during the season if you watched just eagle games there were multiple times the eagles and the other team could have been called

I was going to say they don’t usually drastically improve their arm strength. It can slightly improve but you aren’t going to jump from solid to cannon.

Bills-chiefs if they play in the afc title game should be fascinating. The Chiefs can’t do what they did last year in the postseason and continuously just get behind in those games. Because the bills can keep piling on points with the offense that they have and the chiefs defense has been ok not great this year.

Does Phillip Rivers struggles today up Carson Wentz trade value to Colts?

Rivers' has not been the problem for the Colts today.
Honestly, it'll take a Rivers retirement.

if doug stays coach he might check into making ken dorsey OC the bills QB coach. under dorsey allen has made biggest improvement in QB rating since 19. also helped cam newton in his best years as panthers QB

Geez Colts down by 14, sticking with the run game and get down field, more then 50 yards in less then a min through the run game. Who says you have to pass every down when down to move the ball faster?

Doug seems to think so, unfortunately

wow a coach sticking with the run , a rare site for eagle fans LOL

Doesn’t really fill you with confidence when the kicker is wearing coke-bottle lens glasses

However I will say that was a Doug move to go for 2. Kinda of dumb by Frank there.

Jake doesn’t wear them and doesn’t inspire me with confidence.

Not going for a field goal on 4th and goal is going to come back and bite the colts in the butt in the end.

I miss Reich but hate that call to go for two

just kick the xp with this much time left

Pederson in Reich’s ear?

I forget which NFL coverage station it was but they said they were going to offer him a big-time deal. They think he could be the next Tony Romo. So I wouldn’t be all that surprised if he does retire

that said rivers hasn’t been the main issue but he hasn’t been great by any means either. Before they missed that field-goal if he completes an easy pitch and catch inside the red zone because the wide receiver was wide open they get the first down. He threw it behind the receiver and really didn’t have great pressure on him. He catches that they potentially score a touchdown and this game is possibly tied.
