We will spend the day talking about Trey Lance’s inexperience and how he will need time to develop but he has the same number of career starts as Mac Jones

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

I do not think building a coaching staff is comparable to building a sales staff. It's so hands-on and touchy-feely.

Goodwin opted out last season.  He is yet to show his presence on the team.  Do you like him that much to bring him back?

For the NFL coaches, yes it is.  Maybe HR Director, Dietary Director for NFL teams I imagine they do use them, but not for coaching searches.  They aren't needed for coaching searches

Hope you get through the second dose well.  I broke out in a fever and chills around 11 PM last night.  I feel terrible, but this is supposed to be a sign its working.   My immunecsystem is reacting to the vaccine.  But it sucks.

Tylenol helped me with the same symptoms- but I did ache for most of the day following the 2nd dose.

Embiid may have just wrecked his knee. This freaking city and knee injuries to their players.

I'm not a sixers fan not even even a little but this is a shame, embid is having an mvp caliber season on a team with the best record in the east that I thought had the best chance of stopping the stupid nets whom I can't stand.

Hopefully it's just a minor set back no good for the game when top players go down

He's not good enough? Not good enough for what?

We will draft a WR somewhere in the first 3 rounds, keeping Reagor, Watkins and Hightower. Let him fight it out with Fulgham and JJAW who is 5

Worst team in NFL in drafting since 2014...  check.

Worst team in NFL in cap position, relative to talent....  check.

Why not add bottom 4 in league in FA return too?  But don’t worry... the owner/GM and his lackey will totally fix everything.  They will nail this next draft and FA... bet on it!  No changes are needed.

Hightower and JJAW do not deserve to make the team over Ward and Fulgham.  Hightower is nothing more than a Sheldon Gibson. Guy with speed but can't catch the ball.  We will have WRs with speed on the roster in Reagor, Watkins and possibly the rookie they draft.

Fulgham is bad.

Nah

he is inconsistent. But is relatively young  and cheap so see if you can coach him up.

doug did a terrible job scheming guys open last year. Lets hope Nick is better

Yup, I am taking Tylenol.  Trying to get the fever under control, and the chills.   This was Johnson and Johnson.  Not sure if this is the same reaction as the other 2 vaccines.  But I figure I'll be fine in a day or so.  Glad its the weekend... but it unhinged my gardening plans for the weekend.

We are tearing up our gardens in the front of the house we just bought.  My wife didn't like one plant so up it all comes and a trip to the greenhouse coming up...

Pictures of the wife or it didn't happen.

It’s a little odd that some folks are against the Eagles drafting a WR.  Their most productive WR last season amassed 539 yards — and in the last seven games had a total of 104 receiving yards.  That’s 104 yards total, in seven games — that’s the most prolific WR currently slated to be on the 2021 roster.

WR might not be the pick at #6, but it’s going to be an early pick.  The FA market for WR isn’t going to be cheap, and there isn’t an NFL team in more dire need of a WR1 than the Eagles.  They just hired an OC to be the next head coach and it’s hard to imagine they’d run the same slop out there on offense in 2021.

Desean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery need to be gone.  There’s no way JJAW should win a spot in training camp; his horrific rookie season was followed up by a second season where he was only half as productive as the first — time to cut bait.  That creates 3 roster spots at WR.

Other than Reagor at #21 the rest of the group would be late round and UDFA guys (JAGs by definition).  No surprise the Eagles were 26th out of 32 in points scored last season.  No matter who the young QB is, they need to have something to work with

I like Goodwin better than ward

Intrigued on what he can do

Needs to prove he can stay healthy is a biggie

Well that's taken with a grain of salt. Gotta give them a pass when clearly we were tanking and had alot of rookies.

The Eagles weren’t tanking until Week 14 when Wentz was sat down; they were leading the division through Week 12.  WR is an area of extreme need due to lack of talent and ineptitude.  The Eagles aren’t going to bank on Hightower, Watkins, JJAW and Fulgham to be key pieces next season — at least, it doesn’t make any sense to

It’s also a multi year problem. 2019 the leader had 490 yards

I see Fulgham as the perfect X version of Ward in the slot.  Bad, occasionally productive when ignored.  A wr corps 2/3 consisting of those two is well on its way to being the worst in the NFL.

The tanking only just began in week 17.  We've got another 16-32 weeks of it.

He can’t touch Roger Craig who was the guy that paved the way for my next guy who should be in and that’s Ricky Watters.

His pass catching numbers just with the Eagles combined with his rushing numbers are extraordinary for a RB. With the 49ers, he rushed for 5tds in one playoff game, plus he scored 3 in the SB.
Over 14,000 total yards and 91 tds for his career.  He didn’t miss a regular season game for the Eagles in 3 years, and lots of us back then believe the Eagles purposely didn’t use him enough in his 3rd and final season to lessen his chances to leave in FA.
IDGAF what anyone says, Watters should be in, regardless of For who, for what!!

Eddie George, he doesn’t have the greatest overall numbers but the dude showed up to every game, he has the 2nd most consecutive starts in NFL history by a RB, you had to love his style of play.

I know you can’t play favorites and leaving out Otis Anderson and Tiki because they were Gnats, and Walker because he was a Cockroach probably isn’t fair, but whatever, most if not all belong in before Shady, and I like Shady.

Geeez.  Calm down Mrs. Watters.  We'll consider it!
