I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Adams if he would’ve went for the int could have had a chance at it.

DK had Ramsey beat on that. Wilson just launched it too far.

maybe a rib on danold or wind knocked out of him

The Rams D has been playing really hard today. You can see how the Seahawks aren't comfortable not being able to do their thing on O and having to play from behind

If I’m the Rams I might run a trick play at some point hoping to break off a big chunk play and get myself either a touchdown or a field goal. I don’t think 20 points here is going to be enough and I’m not sure Goff if the Rams trail from behind can throw it well enough with his injury to lead them back.

I think another Rams TD and this one is over so yeah they may want to think about a big trick play to open things up and finish this game. In fact a FG could well be enough with the way this Seattle offense are playing.

Ramsey is playing Metcalf like a big boy and he don't like it

Russell Wilson is lucky to be playing Jared Goff. Only reason the Seahawks are still in it. Yikes.

Yeah it’s why I would run the trick play to just get to field goal range and get at least a field goal. I’m not sure Seattle can get 10 points either. But I do think they can get a touchdown at some point in this game and tie it if Jared Goff isn’t able to move the ball and that defense tires out at some point.

Agreed I think McVay needs to go to the well a little and bring something out of the bag here. If he can then I think that's game at this point.

Besides the Rams winning, this is a lot like the last time they played. in the second half the Rams just didn’t do anything on offense nearly the entire second half and eventually the Rams late in the game defensively just collapsed and gave up a backbreaking touchdown

This game is terrible.

Wilson looking worse than wentz out there

and he has metcalf....

Have to say that with Ramsey all over Metcalf, I expected Tyler Lockett to to have a big night.

Just not happening for Wilson right now, very lucky not to be picked off twice in the last series.

It helps remind me of the eagles.

Tyler Lockett has not been very good down the stretch for the Seahawks.

Help im being repressed, look at the violence inherent in the system

Russell Wilson looks vaguely human once his chuck and pray option inst available. The Ram D are getting someone free and it's messing with the cadence

Rams need to ride Akers all the way here.

Seattle’s offense outside of the Jets game over the last 8 weeks hasn’t looked great. Over the last eight games they’re only averaging 22 points per game. And that includes that 40 point game Against the Jets. Without that Jets game they’re all the way down At 19.4 points

I’d kill for the Eagles to have a guy with instincts like Robert Woods. Instead we have guys cut inside when we’re down with no timeouts and less than a minute in the 4th.

He is a really underrated wide receiver. He doesn’t do anything great but he does everything very well. He just missed out on getting 1000 yards for the third consecutive season. That was a great pickup by the Rams when the bills let him go

Agree. It just looks like they aren't adjusting to the fact the opposition aren't allowing them what they have done over the past few years. and in some respects they assume that Russ will paper over the cracks and are struggling to scheme out of it.

Must have been watching Eagles tape this season

Yep, Woods is a true technician, everything you'd expect a professional WR to be.

You'd hope that the Eagles young wideouts would be watching and taking note of this, but no doubt they are far too busy retweeting BS on social media.

Ramsey v Metcalf is a hell of a contest.

Seattle playcalling is bad. Wilson is bad. This is the result.
