Weren't you the one saying they needed to draft DB's this year?

Not me.  I fully support hanging the defense out to dry early in the draft.  Once the offense gets figured out, then just find a way to tweak the defense into an average unit.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

You guys just dont get it. If Watson is upset and is asking to be traded from the Texans because they are a horrible team, no weapons, bad coaching and no good GM why on earth would he want to come to Philly? We are in a worse situation over here with our coaching, GM and talent. Texans at least are hiring a whole new staff right now.

So lets trade all kinds of assets for a player who will not want to play for us. Brilliant idea

Its not as good as afan thinks it is. Its not as bad as a lot of bloggers think it is. Its most likely somewhere in the middle.

What we have, is far better than all those years he had to deal with BOB, and the incompetent owner that allowed a HC to instill that culture.

Dont let the miserable season we just had obstruct your view of the bigger picture. This is one of the best organizations in the NFL. I think players, or at least their agents who steer them will communicate the expectation that this team will get things turned around sooner than later.

Now that I didn't know

Makes even less sense why people keep bringing up trading for him

Just spit ballin’ ... Watson ain’t going anywhere and I’m confident he ain’t coming to this mess. Need something to talk about or we can all make out mock drafts where none of the picks are correct.

I doubt anyone in here thinks it’s even slightly possible

Sadly, yes some do.

Carson has a shorter last name that starts with W than Deshaun. I guess that’s better

FT driving.

Man, I know it will never happen.  Would require an entire philosophy change and a scheme that utilized LB play but Micah Parson is a difference maker and an impact player.  He's the kind of player who can single handedly change a defense.  Singleton and Edwards, if they are the other 2 guys would benefit from him.  We can dream.

Heinke reminds me of Jake Delhomme.

I wonder if brady will shake his hand if he beats him.

I'd love a great linebacker, but I don't see us taking one in round 1 any time soon.

How is a guy who doesn’t cover receivers and doesn’t rush the qb...in a league where defense doesn’t have much to do with success...ever going to justify being a top 10 pick?

Skins QB has some tools, guy looks good

He looked solid against the Panthers when he came in for Haskins. Gave them a chance to comeback and have a chance in that game. I’m surprised that Washington didn’t replace smith at some point last week.

Heineken navigates the pocket better than most QBs I've seen this season, including our own.

I’m liking this new double header of triple header playoff games. It’s like thanksgiving but actually good games and no Cowboys

Sports radio spent the entire day talking about it yesterday. He’s not even officially on the trade market

If WFT somehow wins this game, will it silence all the Giants whining?

No they’ll complain and say they could have done it and nearly beat the bucs on that Monday night.

Dude looks fed up now but had been balling out, think this is over

Ahh that's right, forgot about that game. It would only amplify their pissing and moaning.

Meineke looks like hes going for an oil change.

WFT D gonna need another TO here, and then a miracle.
