How many playoff wins does Wentz have ?

what is Wentz record d against teams 500 or better?

he wasn’t a success

He. Helped. The. Eagles. To. Their. Only. Super. Bowl.

We absolutely do not have homefield advantage in the NFC playoffs without his MVP-level play. You’re being absurd.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

How many playoff wins ?

record against 500 or better teams ?

thrse are things that determine success with a team, not playing well for 3/4 of the year and next being one of the worst QBs in football

foles won that Super Bowl for getting hot at right time, again there is no guarantee Wentz stays hot

The only thing I’m guaranteeing is that we don’t even get to the SB without Wentz helping set the table. That’s obvious to anyone with a brain.

With the Giants signing Kenny Golladay, they will be much improved along with Kyle Rudolph. WFT has improved with Fitzpatrick. Looks like we will be bottom dwellers again.

Revisionist history is fun.

especially when told by attention-****s.

Sure he helped , I’m only saying , pretty sure the eagles expected a lot more out of the Wentz draft pick , a lot .

and nobody within that organization is saying , what a success Wentz was for us

They’re sure as hell aren’t calling him a bust.

In almost all cases, both parties share fault in a divorce. I think it is fair to say the the Eagles themselves should shoulder plenty of blame for the outcome of Wentz's tenure.

Which is true ... but Foles was complete a** until NFC championship game. In fact, many on here were clamoring for Sudfield because it was our "only shot”.

That Super Bowl had a lot to do with coaching

lots of injuries

no dbl digit sack guy

no 1000 yard receiver

no 1000 yard rb

twitter is so dumb.  What you can't see is the Adoree' Jackson tweet is from 2012.  People don't care, they're going to think Jackson just tweeted this and it means he's coming here.

and trust me , the eagles don’t consider his time there a success

Well, if you have a franchise QB in his prime years, you don’t trade him.  I suspect that the FO looks at Wentz as a disappointment. There is a lessen to be learned about drafting a tier 2 QB with a year’s starting experience.  Just say no to Lance.  Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Lance slides further than Aaron Rodgers did.

Adoree Jackson is 25. Signing him to a one or two year contract would be ideal. Adoree is still one of the fastest CBs in the NFL. With Jackson and Slay, we could appropriately match opposing WRs.

Of course, watch Gettleman completely overpay for him given his job is on the line.

Right now,, we don't have much beyond Slay.  With what the Giants, WFT, and Dallas have at WR, we need a serious upgrade at corner or they are going to wear us out.  He'd be a nice addition to give a shot to.

I think the two that end up having the best careers will be drafted later Jones being one ,Mills the other

I do like Wilson but think he ends up on the wrong team, which is most teams when it comes to developing a QB

Sounds like people are dumb rather than Twitter.

I just don’t see it with Mills.  With Jones, he was so well protected by the Alabama OL, that I wonder how he does under pressure with a smaller pocket or on the move.  I do like his ball placement.

Slay targeting attracting him and putting out comments about the draft are good.  A little leadership in the secondary.  I like that. Doesn’t hurt that Slay reminds Jackson of what he thought about Philly in the past and that he would be playing opposite a CB with Slay’s skill set.

Mills only lacks the starts , if he was a 30 game starter he would be being talked about going early

Jones will land with a team who won’t be forced to play him right away, he can pretty much do it all and against quality players , many will knock him for not having a huge arm , but he can make all the throws

he will end up with a team like saints , pats or niners

Slay is like every other 2021 sports fan, lol. Love that guy.

That's a good point of view.  I just have such negative thoughts on twitter and people who take it as the bible.

I would love to have Jackson here, have said that numerous times so I do hope it happens.

I just realized our 4th DE is Joe Ostman

I think most would feel a little disappointed that Wentz didnt play here longer than 5 years.

But if you told me we were gonna draft this guy and he would help the franchise win a SB I'd say sign me up.

Let's face it......any fan would want a QB to be good and stay with a team for at least 10 years when drafted that high.  But the reality is it doesnt happen often especially in recent history.

We already know this.....its just a question of if we can be competitive in games and not get embarrassed most of the time.
