So sad.  Even sadder, here is some guys who have had 1,000 yards in that span.  Gary Barnidge, Terrell Pryor, Tyler Boyd, Christian McCaffery.

Then, you have ten 1,500+ yard seasons, and two 1,800+ yard seasons.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

DeSean Jackson was a 4.3 40 guy with elite/ big play ability, hands and ball tracking AND his real in game speed was among the fastest I've ever seen.

How is Smith running a 4.5 (if he runs that) comparable to Jackson at 4.3?

To give you an idea how much of a difference that is...

Go to 1:17 in the video...

Parris Campell would be DJax

Anotonio Brown would be Devonta Smith

A good 4-5 yards of separation after just 40 yards.

His game is not just speed. He's plenty fast to play the position.

Gary Barnidge was a TE. Take a guess who had over 1000 yds in 2018...

Not the point.  Barnidge has 2,258 receiving yards over 8 seasons, 124 games played, and somehow he was able to get to 1000 yards in 16 games.

The Browns also had four 1,000 yard receivers in that time frame.

I mean:

TJ Vasher is OBJ in a 6’6 frame. My favorite Sleeper WR. The first catch is 😮  and much more in these highlights.

playing style wise sure.  OBJ is borderline 6' and 200 lbs. and ran a 4.43  No one is denying the style of play.  It's the body and frame.

He for sure is an intriguing prospect.  What's his draft projection?  I haven't seen much on him as far as mocks go.

Makes some impressive catches, but I noticed watching that he double clutches a lot of them.

And how much team success?

The Eagles had multiple receiving TEs and RBs, and their QB during most of that timeframe didn't consistently throw to outside receivers. These weird cherry picked stats to cry about WRs are nauseating.

One of these things is not like the others.

Yup gotta be able to win big at that speed

Yeah he’s a project but the talent is there. Nice speed and makes spectacular catches. Good route route runner and 6’6. If he can put it all together he could be a very good WR

Had injuries and some character issues. Got catch drag racing with a teammate and had Academic issues. Poor grades. He’s a day 3 projection. Possible UDFA. Like I said above the talent is there nice speed can make unbelievable catches good route runner and huge big Frame. Needs to put it all together

How many Superbowls the browns win during that timespan?

To the point I do t care if a team has any receivers with 1000 yards,

Julio jones megatron Aj green michael thomas devante adams obj,  landry,l TO randy moss ocho cinco steve smith ect...0 super bowl wins, nada zip zilch.

Alshon and his 800 yards 1 super bowl.🤔

Go figure.

Tampa Bay, reigning champs, Mike Evans, 1,000 yard WR

Good hands good body control definitely high point the ball, quick feet for how lanky he is. Eagles could use some size at WR with jeffrey gone and he looks to be faster than recent eagle big receivers like jeffrey.

Yeah tom brady has that effect on wrs

His height and vertical ability isn't the issue. It is his weight.  I am not sure there's any good evidence that suggests playing weight makes a player more likely to get hurt or unable to compete.  There's a lot of bias but what is the evidence aside from him being unusually light?

I know it's been posted but the terminology is strange.  What's the difference in releasing vs. terminating?  Sounds harsh.

Yeah, cause Mike Evans never had a 1,000 yard season before Brady.

May I submit as Exhibit A, Desean Jackson.  Played in 8 of 32 games the last two year.

7  years in a row with a 1000 or more yards receiving , every year since joining the nfl ,  only one to ever do it .

If we go for an older CB on a one-year deal...
