Yeah I think it’s the stupid amount of sauce I use. The grilled nugs are good but still greasy

Their buffalo sauce has actual tumeric in it.  Tumeric!  Who does that??  I wanna dump all of it into my bathtub and drink my way out.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Thinking about the OL, it may very well be that Slater is the BPA there at 12.  I am perfectly fine with a guy that can play almost any position on the line at a high level.  I really like his value especially when you consider the age/injury history of our starters.

Yeah and the O-Line was crap last year. Mailata is by far the favorite below average Eagles player ever...

I’d be ecstatic about this. Caleb Farley would be very "Sidney Jones-esque” as far as a draft pick goes, but  I think he is worlds better of a prospect than Jones ever was, pre-injury. But I’d actually like that pick this time. I never was a Jones guy, even before his injury

This is exactly what my friend texted me about this draft, and I agree.  It's a huge risk there.  He was in front of Surtain and Horn a couple weeks ago too.  My optimism if the Eagles ever drafted him would be that this is not an achilles.  Even though it's a back injury, I think this guy might end up being worth it.

I think, when healthy, he was the best CB in this draft for what we need.

This is the part that I don't see happening.  I can't see BPA at 12 being a LT.  If Slater is there, and the Eagles drafted him, I wouldn't lose my mind (if Waddle is there I would).  But I'd still like Mailata/Dillard to fight it out at LT and slide Slater in at LG.

Same. If their plan was draft BPA and a T then you stay at 6 and target Sewell who they all but admitted will be there

I don’t think it will happen either but if they do go OL at 12 I can’t imagine they don’t plan to start him at LT.

If they go OL at 12 they aren’t starting him anywhere unless there’s an injury

I don’t think he’s guaranteed to be there. But I also don’t think the Eagles have any interest in drafting a LT that early

I'll take the guy that whooped Chase Young 100%

IF the Eagles were to take an O-Lineman at pick 12 there’s a 100% chance he’s starting somewhere day 1

The Eagles of all teams shouldn't be taking Caleb Farley at 12. Too many injury concerns including a back issue currently and I don't want to hear it's just a ''minor'' back injury.

Like when we drafted Dillard...?

Oh snap.....

For the record... I’m guessing Dillard is the starter at LT week 1 with Mailata as the swing tackle. Mailata will inevitably get starts at some point during the season.

sigh...  I am so sick of this stuff.  How many times do we have to qualify everyone?  When healthy, when healthy, when healthy..

In the unique scenario where Slater falls, and Howie drafts him at 12, you don't think they'd start him at LG over Seumalo?

As I read my last sentence....any normal team would absolutely do that.  But you're probably right.  The Eagles would absolutely let their #12 overall pick stud LT that would be an instant upgrade at LG sit the bench to observe Seumalo's hair at LG.

That’s not an accurate comparison. Not even close.

We’re comparing 12 to 21 and we all knew Dillard was going to backup Peters and inevitably start when Peters would get hurt. The Eagles wouldn’t draft a guy at 12 to backup Mailata or Dillard...

Since everyone gets injured. 😂😂  What I mean is, before his injury. I don’t think the Eagles can justify taking more injured players. That’s a bit of a sore spot for the fanbase..

So you draft a guy at 12, he has to start day one, but 9 picks later, he can sit around and wait? Got it..

Take Slater at 12.  If you see him as the answer at LT, then trade Dillard for assets.  Or, Slater competes at LG with Seumalo.  If he beats out Seumalo, then you got a decent backup in Seumalo at both OG and C.  Goes a long way to solving the OL woes of the past couple of years.

Yep... also forgot the fact that 2019 the Eagles were priming for a super bowl run. They weren’t looking to add an instant upgrade. This year they are... at least they should be.

Interesting. I figured if you’re priming for a super bowl run, you’d want an instant upgrade in the first round to help with your run, and if you’re in a rebuild, could afford to wait for a guy to progress.

You’d get nothing for Dillard. He only has value to us. He’s shown nothing to make a team give us anything but Nelson Agholor’s hands and a Big Gulp

Ha you’re like arguing with a woman so I’m just done with you.

I just don't see the talent being there at OL in the 1st to justify it.  2nd and 3rd interior OL?   Yessir.  Gimme Dickerson, Wyatt Davis, Creed Humphrey.  But in the 1st, it's not worth it in my opinion.  Too much already invested.  Who cares if we "don't really know" what they are?  Stoutland does.  Mailata is good enough already (not saying he's great), and Dillard deserves a chance if he cares enough.

I'd rather solidify this interior OL for the future and there is a ton of talent in rounds 2 and 3.  Even if they keep Seumalo, he will move to C and the need will be LG.

Cool. I don’t get your logic, so it works out for everyone
