I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Agreed in some ways. But I can't get over how skilled he is. To me, it's Smith or Waddle at 12 if either is available. If they're both gone? Maybe I trade down and try for another 1 in 2022.

Horn and Surtain would be reasonable.

Gonna be funny when they go back to back right in front of the Eagles.

I wouldn't be mad at either of those guys (and Slater, as blah as that would be), but I have questions about them. Horn seems like a divisive prospect in terms of being a true top-15 type guy. And as much as I like Surtain, he's more limited than I'd want a top CB to be.

Smith and Waddle are home run picks at 12 for me. Elite skills, level of competition. Drop-off between them and Surtain/Horn.

If the 5th QB is still on the board at #12 (Jones, Lance for instance) would you want Howie to take a call from the Bears at #20?  NE at #15?  Trade Value Chart suggests trading back to #20 would be worth a 2nd round pick; #15 worth a 3rd round pick.  Perhaps you could get CHI 2022 1st round pick ...

Right now, my four guys are Waddle, Smith, Surtain, and Horn.

To get at least one, eight other players need to be drafted.

Count on 4 QBs, Sewell, and Chase.  That's six.  With Carlolina and Denver, you can reasonably assume a 5th QB.  Add in Pitts and you get to eight.  That doesn't include guys like Slater or Parsons.

NYG is not taking a corner you can all but guarantee that.   Pitts/Rousseau/Parsons/Phillips.  Those are the guys I think they are after.  They should be after OT.

I think we can trade back and get Horn.

we already did the tradeback - lets not get cute with it

Although I'm not sure the 5th QB makes it to #12, for the purposes of this exercise, #15 maybe.  For #20, no.  The talent pool really starts to level out after #15.

If Howie trades back to add a 4th first round pick next year, you might as well start printing Russell Wilson jerseys in Eagle green.

Horn seems to be a popular pick at 12 but I don't know if I'm sold on it. He seems to be a better fit in man coverage, and I think he's going to get flagged a lot in the NFL. He's the type of guy you'd love 10 - 15 years ago. I think he can be a good player, just not sure if it's worth it at 12.

Only thirty more days until the draft of opinions, speculation, criticism, and mockery!

Not much mention of Seth Williams but one of my top WR's in this years draft...  Big physical and athletic possession receiver at 6 foot 3 and 211 pounds.

The lack of mocks since the trade back has been appalling

No BJ for Dez?  Bummer.  Cross him off the list for the Pats and Houston.

Tutu might get killed at 155 pounds...

Fitzpatrick just keeps looking better

The criticism and mockery will last long after the draft.

On Day 31 you just need to remove speculation; the others will ramp up.

I’d be pissed if we did all that for a 30+ year old QB. And I like Wilson.

Put on Atwell and Hawkins at that size.
