I'm in the minority here and think he will be one of best QB's in the draft.   I think there is some OSU bias here (I can't stand them either) and think he will suck because Haskins sucks/sucked

No, my bias against Fields stems from watching his tape back-to-back with Dwayne Haskins in the same offense and coming away with the firm opinion that Haskins was clearly better at throwing the football — more decisive, and a better arm.  The only area where Fields is better is running with the football

Haskins turned out to be a mental midget and didn’t take his job seriously; ignoring COVID protocols and going to see the peelers while your head coach is undergoing cancer treatment didn’t help.  If Fields works hard and is a professional he can’t help but turn out better than Haskins.  I don’t rate him as a solid QB prospect, though.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

If the 5th QB is still on the board at #12 (Jones, Lance for instance) would you want Howie to take a call from the Bears at #20?  NE at #15?  Trade Value Chart suggests trading back to #20 would be worth a 2nd round pick; #15 worth a 3rd round pick.  Perhaps you could get CHI 2022 1st round pick ...

Yes. Stockpile picks.

Season extends to 17 games.  No mention if the roster will be expanded to cope with the additional load.  They could have done similar thing in the last season to have more flexibility of moving players in and out of PS.  Better yet is to have a larger number of roster slots, which would help the players to develop and fans to follow the players.

I know nothing about him but I would draft him late and see if he can handle 15 more pounds.

I give myself a grade of 3 Howies.

Back-to-back drafts with multiple Jalen picks.

Key to success

I don't know but it doesn't seem like the pizza slows him down that much.

Smith will end up being the best WR from this draft.  People knocking his size and it is a worry but it caused him no issues whatsoever in the SEC.  He is just pure special.

Lol. This dude somehow got stuck covering Devonta Smith a bunch.

For the Bears first it’s a no brainer.

For the Pats 3rd it would depend on who is left. And I might turn down the Bears second.

Is it me or is this a loaded LB draft? Gotta think a good starter will be in range of that 1st 3rd round pick.

So shameless that they are adding a regular season game...and that the players agreed to it.  All about the $$$.

All this player safety bs is just that...from both the owners and the players.

What’s the biggest risk to player health?  More collisions, more games.

Not adding a bye week despite adding an extra game because TV networks don't want it is such a slap in the face.

No, starts the same, Super Bowl was pushed back a week

Terrible, The Waste Management Open was far more entertaining than the Super Bowl this year.

Agreed. Gotta think this leads to a significant watering down of the on-field product. How many years do we have left of 3-point stances?

Players got their weed though

LB in RD2 or 3 is a good idea.

That’s what it took.  It’s actually hilarious.  Pathetic on both sides.

Owners...F your long term health, we want an extra game.

Players...we are sacrificing our health and bodies for you and your entertainment, no way.

Owners...you can have your weed.

Players...where do we sign?

Thinking that if we open on the road, it will be at WFT.

Stadium full of fans.

Biden goes to watch his team and relish in the football joy he has provided to millions of registered voters.

It's already started, have you seen Thursday night football since it began? More football is just going to get tiring. They're probably going to push for Tuesday night football or something stupid like that.

You would think the networks would want an extra week of football, wouldn’t you? More money...
