I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

one of the most underrated DBs in the draft

PFF Draft

Jamar Johnson across 406 coverage snaps at Indiana

Targets: 44

TDs allowed: 0

INTs: 7

If not safety, I wonder if he may be good as a slot here. Not 100% sure, but the Colts slot lead the team last year in forced turnovers so it may be a key piece in this defense. I like his size and toughness for the slot but it may not be his calling card.
Another under the radar S that I think could be a slot CB here is Joshua Bledsoe. Maddox should not just be handed that position because Howie drafted him. He's been underwhelming since the few games he looked good his rookie year. I had to laugh at Caplan, he said Maddox is a "supreme" slot CB and will be one of the top ones in the league 🤦‍♂️

LB in RD2 or 3 is a good idea.

Seriously, no excuses. There's some nice coverage backers in this draft and it's one of the weakest positions on the team. I was hoping we could have snagged another 2nd rounder this year.

He has played both safety and cb

Mond had a good day throwing , he is someone I think goes much earlier than expected.

Feliepe Franks another , there is a lot to like about what he has to offer , and he is a straight up gamer

Just not Werner, please.  Another converted safety who gives off Nate Gerry vibes when I watch him play

I like Mond a lot.  I think he's going to be one of the steals of the draft.  A while back I thought he could be had in the 4th-5th but not anymore.  I think he's a 2nd round QB now.

Werner played mainly Sam and some will , took some snaps at safety

I wouldn’t be shocked if the best QB from this draft doesn’t end up being someone other than Lawrence, Wilson , Lance , Fields or Mac

Not adding a bye week despite adding an extra game because TV networks don't want it is such a slap in the face.

Well, I don't really want an extra bye week either.

And lane johnson used to be a qb what's your point?

Brian Urlacher played rover in college.

Werner has played LB all 4 years at Ohio St. He weighs almost 240  at 6'3"

That's LB size Gerry was about 215-220 in college and played safety all 4 years.

Totally different players.

Apparently part of the NFLs justification for the 17th game is the most injuries occur in pre-season and not the regular season. so changing is a good thing and "player safety" is at the core of this decision.

LOL

17th game for a majority of teams will be like a preseason game where they can display the young players and give them playing time.

I am shocked at the huge number of lightning fast uber athletes in this draft.  It is phenomenal.  My eyes must be failing as I just didn’t see it in the games I watched.

So shameless that they are adding a regular season game...and that the players agreed to it.  All about the $$$.

All this player safety bs is just that...from both the owners and the players.

What’s the biggest risk to player health?  More collisions, more games.

Players are paid to play preseason games as well which they dont play anymore. So they get paid enough to change 1 game from preseason to reg. They still get 3 free pay checks instead of 4. If they don;t like it they can always play in the CFL if they want to play less.

Was not impressed at all when I watched games vs good defenses. A lot of over throws and bad throws. Yea when he played the low ranked teams he played well, but any team with talent on the defensive side he did not look that good. For a mid round sure, but I wouldnt touch him in the 1st or 2nd round. Some team might take that chance but I dont see that team being us.

Sot he Eagles have 11 picks and Howie loves to dance and move around the draft.  I'm expecting a move back into the 1st round and other movement up and around the 2nd and 3rd round.

Don't think it's a good sign when Justin Fields had his pro day and all we see is that he ran a 4.44.  I said it earlier that QB pro days are overrated but I don't think it's a good think when all I hear is how fast he ran.

He had a nice game against bama , played well against FL , he has improved year over year as a QB.. he doesn’t tuck and run like he use to , now he runs if he has to

That's hilarious but I can't say it enough how much it's going to bother me to see 9-8 or 8-9.

He killed it today by all accounts. I’m not sure where you get your information.

Did he?  I haven't looked too in depth...just the headlines all mentioning the 4.44.

He was stellar apparently

The 4.44 is attention grabbing for casual fans.

Guess I fell for it hook, line and sinker.
