Well i think this year was a ton of head scratches by Doug and his coaching staff. It almost made sense that he was coaching to get fired with a lot of his choices.

You read what Fipp had to say about it...  Ward makes great decisions.  Best decisions.  

Nickelodeon just broadcasted a very audible F word on tv 

"What the F?".  Wonder if that was heard on Nick?  Would be great if it was.

Like some of it is on doug. I also think some of this falls on howie and the front office. For instance why sign Holyfield to the practice squad all year and then in a meaningless week 17 game you could have IR’d someone who you ruled out with injury and got him snaps to see what he is. Do I really need to see what Boston Scott and Corey Clement are? I already know what they are. I much rather see what Holyfield is or isn’t. To me that’s on doug and the decision makers above him.

How has fipp not been fired yet as well? I know he’d easily have a job at Arizona if he got fired. That coaching staff is looking for former Arizona guys to come in.

I’m curious to see who they go after if they do that. I would not be surprised if Mike Kafka is somebody who’s high on their list. I also think Lincoln Riley is a guy they would go after if he’s willing to leave Oklahoma. I know Chip Kelley failed but I think Lincoln Riley would actually have more success than chip at the nfl level.

I’m jealous of teams like the Steelers who just nail the WR position routinely. Feels like every wr (i know they haven’t all been) they take has success.
