I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Confirmed. He's gone.

I meant in terms of the internal structures of how things work, etc.

Doug being gone is part 1 of my 3 part plan.    I fear that there will not be the other 2.

So Doug decided to die on the PRESS TAYLOR hill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!  WOW

Maybe he was playing chess.... and that was his way to get paid and still get out from under Howie's meddling.

I wonder if Lurie will have an a/r type party for him

So, is this strictly about Doug, or does this mean Carson Wentz has won a power struggle with Pederson ??

Well I'm happy to be wrong

Give me Daboll !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, that was a turnaround from last week to this week.  From Doug being retained as HC to Doug being sacked.  Makes you wonder what the Hell went on in those meetings, if the reports are true Lurie wasn't happy with Doug's vision/decisions, if he did give him a 2nd chance, if Doug did come up with an alternate plan/ideas or if he didn't and wanted things his way and if Lurie either heard him out or just said "That's it.  We're done here".

Well, it hasn't hit ESPN yet, but good news for hockey fans is Milbury is out as NBC hockey analyst.

You've gotta be pushing all the chips in for Daboll if you're Lurie. Just...has to be....

To me it means that Lurie is not blind. Doug refused all season to do the things that could get our offense back on track

Thank you Doug

Yes

I give Lurie credit. That was a hard decision to make, but he did it and I think it was the right one to do. Not a lot of owners would have done that.

Well, this is a start but just a half measure. Usually doesn’t fix anything.

Now time to bash my head into the wall and read nothing but Eric Bieniemy should be coach here.

With Doug out will this put the Wentz wants out to rest?

When does Howie get canned?

I am going to let myself hope that this is 1/2 of my plan... the other half will be announced all at once... They will have a new GM, and a new HC.  And the kicker to all of this is that Howie has decided to pursue other ventures and will be taking a year off to consider his future before moving on to lead a Fortune 500 company - Hydrox.   It's not quite Oreo, but as long as you don't raise your level of expectations, you can fool yourself into thinking that its just as good.

With any luck the next coach demands final say in personnel

Now fire Howie!
