I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Will do. And no skin left on the end of the fries.

I think for most fast food places the quality has been going down since the pandemic hit.

I agree with the exception of chick-fil-a.  They are pricey and the line is usually long but it is always worth it.

Yeah man I've been trying to hit up Chick-fila for like the past year and everytime I go by, no matter if its afternoon or night even right before they close, there is always a huge line and I hate waiting.  They opened another one a few miles away so it seems like the lines havent been long anymore.

Used to think their chicken sandwich was best but Popeyes is definitely better.

When discussing Nate Herbig during and after the season ended, I said the one thing he needs to do is figure out how to workout and have an NFL body.  Seeing him with Brandon Brooks and Lane Johnson for the majority of the off-season is very encouraging.  He still might look like crap but he's learning.  Transforming your body is a process that takes different amounts of times for all people.  If he learns how to work out and habits from these two gym freaks then I'm happy.

Also, if Lane and Brooks are healthy and can stay healthy, this line is going to be good.

I like chick-fil-a chicken better than Popeyes but most people agree with you.

Naw Taco Bell gets way more hype.

Hurts is whatever fast food chain gets a little bit of hype from a few but deep down everyone knows it sucks.

Chick filet customers give me the angry, not because  I don't like the taste of homophobic chicken but because I go to a sprouts farmers market right next to it and all the people in line at the drive in are always blocking traffic out in the road and around the parking lot all for a sub par over priced fast food chicken filet👎

What an awesome job.  I've rediscovered my love for the gym.  To get paid to play a game you love for hopefully 5 months out of the year and then work out the other 7 months, these guys sure are lucky.  Not saying this as in any snarky way, just can't imagine what that lifestyle and opportunity would feel like.

I’m betting many many don’t work out the complete off season , not in shape until week 4

Don’t hurt yourself Lane.

WFT team President says the next team name won't be Warriors, because it invokes too many stereotypes and "negative imagery".  He knows this, because focus groups have told him so:

"One might look at this name as a natural, and even harmless transition considering that it does not necessarily or specifically carry a negative connotation," Wright wrote. "But as we learned through our research and engagement with various groups, 'context matters' and that makes it a 'slippery slope.'

warrior
[ˈwôrēər]

NOUN
  1. (especially in former times) a brave or experienced soldier or fighter.
"the warrior heroes of ancient Greece"
    synonyms:
fighter · soldier · fighting man · serviceman · combatant
  2. any of a number of standing poses in yoga in which the legs are held apart and the arms are stretched outwards.
"when you return to downward dog after the first round, add warrior poses I and II"

I vote their team name to be "Washington Wishy-Washies":

wishy-washy
[ˈwiSHēˌwäSHē, ˈwiSHēˌwôSHē]

ADJECTIVE
  1. (of drink or liquid food such as soup) weak; watery.
    synonyms:
    watery · weak · watered down · thin · tasteless · flavorless · insipid
    • feeble or insipid in quality or character; lacking strength or boldness.
      "a wishy-washy approach won't work"
