Yes, exactly. That's the other point I've made. It was likely said, but it's also much ado about nothing.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Because he said something you wish not to be true?  🤪

Have you watched the guy on NFLN?  Like I’ve said, I consider the source.  You’re only licking his balls because he’s trying to stir up a narrative you’ve been singing.

That’s the thing. I don’t find it in any way far fetched that what Robinson said is highly likely true. At the same time, I think what he said is also much ado about nothing. What matters is they still recognize that he is the boss right now, as it’s incumbent on them to act professional as you said.

I don't doubt that Robinson may have heard of a few players who are still on the fence about Siriani, it's only logical and expected part of human nature.

I also don't think it's note or newsworthy.

Robinson might as well have reported that he  heard and he's not naming names that he knows a few guys who think the water that comes out of the eagles water cooler is wet...👎

Welcome to the offseason.

WTF are you talking about, you fool.  Licking balls?  When have I said one thing positive about him.  Please, go find it and post it.  Just pointing how dumb you rah rah posters look when getting all defenses when someone says something bad about the Eagles.  Why are some you so surprised that a player or players question the leadership abilities of Nick F-ing Sirianni?  Have you seen or heard the guy talk?

Gonna call alpha a liar in 3...2...1...

Sure folks thought the same of Doug Pederson and Co. when they were brought in.

New coaches and their crews should get the collective benefit of the doubt until they shouldn't.

BUTTTTTT the Philly media NEED controversy.  They can't come up with any content on their own so they will try to fabricate something when next to nothing is there.  TC is 3 weeks away and for the most part it's smooth sailing aside from the unknown on this team.  We can't possibly start a new NFL season without some sort of turmoil in the Nova Care Complex.

But it wasn’t the Philly media who started this. Not that it matters to some.

isn't 94 WYSP Philly media?  Am I not reading the tweet history the right way?

I think it's a bit of a stretch to say Robinsons source could be miles Sanders because they both went to Penn St ten years apart

More than likely Robinsons source is his bung hole.

I dont think it's a stretch but if there is somebody Robinson might talk to on the team it could be Sanders.

I agree with that but the complete opposite

It was a national media guy doing a call in segment

I was at UH at the same time as Elizabeth Warren, and we both frequented the law library there, hence I must know Liz. (Robinson left a decade before Miles arrived, so my chance of knowing Liz was greater than Robinson’s of knowing Miles).

It's why I say "might be close" with Sanders.  Maybe he knows him or maybe he doesnt.  Seems like guys in the league and retired from the league know each other a little if they played at the same college.

Avant himself thought Sirianni looked really corny during his media appearances. It wasn’t until he met him in person that he was impressed with the guy. Of course there were players who would agree. It’s no big deal. At least not now.

That theory is out the window

My kids graduated PSU and I am pretty sure Miles isn’t close to them.  Miles suggested as much with his tweet. Now Liz, she says hi…….

Then you aren't very smart.  The guy was a very uninspiring hire.  And has sounded pretty uninspiring in the media.  If you think he's a different person in front of the players, then you are naïve.  Obviously there will be some who question the hire and his ability to lead.  Again, you sensitive posters don't get it.  I have never said I hate Sirianni or Hurts........I just don't think they are the right guys for the job.  I do hate Lurie and Howie though.  So you can quote me on that....all you want.  Because they are the ones making the mistakes.  It's not Hurts or Sirianni's fault they are where they are.  Good for them.   But you're lying, when you say I hate them.  I told you what my agenda was and I have told others over and over and over again.  But you would rather just jump to conclusions and get all defensive of Siri.

You do hate on them though. You have already deemed them unqualified without giving them a chance. It’s unjustified. All I’m saying is to give them a chance before you rip every poster that wants to be optimistic about them. You can’t constantly criticize them and then defend yourself by saying you don’t hate them without getting the responses that you do.

Fair enough.  I'm not on twitter or anything so I wouldn't know.

What does what he said mean anyway?

1 minute ago, 4for4EaglesNest said:

No but I can.   Because it’s criticism of the selections, hires and expectations.   You can do you. I’ll do me.  You can say I hate them.  But you’d be wrong.  I just don’t believe in either one of them but hope and pray I’m wrong.  I have a pretty good track record BTW.  But, If we are all going with the "let’s wait and see approach” then why discuss anything?   The draft, free agency, coaching hires, the schedule?   Any of it?  Why discuss any of it if you’re not allowed to have an opinion without it playing out?

But again, what does your opinion of Sirianni or my opinion of him matter?   This is about a story that some player/s spoke to someone in the media and let their feelings know about what they think of this current HC.  How the F is that a shock to anyone in this day and age.  Especially this head coach?  One that was widely ridiculed in the local and national  media after his first few press conferences.  You think the players don’t notice that and talk?  You think those opinions won’t make their way back to the media?  JFC. Please tell me you’re not that naive.   Actually, better yet.  Just make sure you get every player on the roster, tweeting that it’s not true to support your hopes.

We can have the discussion. I know what side youre on. However, you’re the one constantly attacking everyone’s intelligence when they don’t agree with you. You have said I’m naive, that I’m not very smart, you’ve questioned my age even though i’ve been on the boards since 2006. You’re the one not wanting people to express their opinions, not me.

Yo when’s Foles coming back? This is BS. Kelce was just talking about him chugging beer. You know what that means… he misses those big hands resting on his taint.
