January 4, 20214 yr I know everyone loves smith, chase but i also love Rashod Bateman out of Minnesota. He’s one of my next tier favorite WRs. No way we take him at 6 but i think he’s a kid that’s going to be a very good WR in the league.
January 4, 20214 yr Any realistic chance we pick up Wilson or Lance at 6? I will not be surprised if it happened.

Keep in mind though they wouldn't come out in the day after the season and say that Wentz will be traded. I can't imagine any team saying that. I don't think they've figured things out yet.

So be picky or whatever. Lots of "top" college WR's bust. It's all in scouting and fit, they won't be with their college team anymore

I liked ruggs i didn’t love ruggs. I was one of the few who wanted lamb over both jeudy and ruggs. And jeudy was my second choice of the top 3 guys. Ehh, the general consensus was we had no shot at Jeudy or Lamb without a trade up, and Ruggs was the realistic option of one of the three dropping. I don't think anyone wanted Ruggs over everyone else here. Unless Jon Gruden lurks on the blog.

January 4, 20214 yr I believe Howie said in the past you want to have one speed guy and one power forward type guy as your main WR's. Makes me think Pitts is in play or wait til the 2nd or 3rd round and get someone like Seth Williams to pair with Reagor.

Because if there are multiple teams, then you start taking the calls now! I would say Lions but Stafford signed a big ass contract recently Panthers and Broncos. Maybe Giants and Dallas No idea wtf Dolphins are going to do. Tua would have been benched a 3rd time for Fitzpatrick if he was active yesterday Skins need a QB. Smith isn't the short term or long term answer Saints and Bucs need to start looking for Brees and Brady replacements No idea if Rudolph is Steelers future So there's actually a bunch of teams that need a franchise QB

There was belief early in the process he could fall to 21 but as the draft process went on it seems less and less likely. I believed a couple weeks prior to the draft he was going to be the first WR taken off the boards cause of the 40 he ran and some team would do what the raiders did with Bey years ago. That always tends to happen with receivers who run fast 40s. I’m surprised lamb and jeudy fell to where they did in the draft but i wasn’t shocked at all that ruggs went first nor that it was the raiders that made that move.

He listed and I’m not sure all them are legit options: Tua, wentz, Stafford, Ryan, Jimmy G, darnold, jones, carr, cousins (lol) and dak
