I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

At this point in the coaching cycle, hard to see the job going to anyone else, especially now that Kafka and Daboll are out and we haven’t even organized an interview for Bienamy. Do they even have any more interviews scheduled?

From the end of that article so it’s the eagles who didn’t want to interview him not the other way around

• FYI, as far as I can tell, Bills OC Brian Daboll hasn’t made a firm decision on staying in Buffalo. And that’s not to say he’s unhappy at all. I just know if the Texans or Eagles were to make a late call, he’d definitely listen.

Seems pretty easy for the teams then if they think these QBs aren’t good enough to play they can let them walk and best of luck finding someone better.

NFL players and specifically QBs have realized that they are more valuable to their teams and can have more say than just their contract value. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Just like teams can cut a player anytime, players should have some leverage.

That has nothing to do with quarterbacks and coaches having "fractured relationships ".

McDaniels is the most talented and the biggest gamble of all the coaching candidates.

Unlike the wunderkids, he has a real track record, both as a HC and as an OC, for good and evil. While it's easy to say it's all Brady in NE, the NE offense has evolved over the years with different personnel, and McDaniels was a big part of that. In Denver, he was both an arrogant a-hole who alienated his team and a HC who could get solid performances out of Orton (no one else could) and career years out of WRs like Lloyd and Gaffney.

It simply comes down to whether he learned from his mistakes and has grown as a coach and a person.

He could be a brilliant move or a disaster, but at least it'll be interesting to watch.

How hard is it to coach Brady? Pick any play on the card and if it looked like it was going to suck Brady would audible to a new one.

This is the fifth coach Lurie will have hired, and he's owned the team for 25 years and has not learned anything as he's a dunce.

Lurue/Howie will make the same mistake again.

Make the F'in call Lurie.

There's a lot more to an offense than coaching the QB,

2006:  Dillon/Faulk at RB, Caldwell/Brown (35)/Gabriel at WR, Watson/Graham at TE - 7th points scored

2007:  Maroney/Morris/Faulk at RB, Moss/Welker/Stallworth/Gaffney at WR, Watson at TE - 1st points scored

2008:  Cassel at QB, Morris/Faulk/Jordan at RB, Welker/Moss/Gaffney at WR, Watson at TE - 8th in points scored

2012:  Ridley/Woodhead at RB, Welker/Lloyd at WR, Gronkowski/Hernandez at TE - 1st in points scored

2013:  Ridley/Blount/Vereen at RB, Edelman/Amendola/Dobson/Thompkins at WR, Gronkowski at TE - 3rd in points scored

2014:  Vereen/Ridley/Gray/Blount at RB, Edelman/LaFell at WR, Gronkowski at TE - 4th in points scored

2015:  Blount/Lewis/Bolden at RB, Edelman/Amendola/LaFell/White at WR, Gronkowski at TE - 3rd in points scored

2016:  Blount/Lewis/White at RB, Edelman/Hogan/Mitchell at WR, Bennett, Gronkowski at TE - 3rd in points scored

2017:  Lewis/Gisselle/Burkhead/White at RB, Cooks/Amendola/Hogan at WR, Gronkowski at TE - 2nd in points scored

2018:  Michel/White at RB, Edelman/Gordon/Hogan at WR, Gronkowski at TE - 4th in points scored

2019:  MIchel/White/Burkhead at RB, Edelman/Dorsett/Meyers at WR, Watson/LaCosse at TE - 7th in points scored

2020:  Newton at QB, Harris/Michel/Burkhead/White at RB, Meyers/Byrd/Edelman/Harry at WR, Izzo at TE - 27th in points scored

I think Brady left b/c he saw the rebuild starting and the complete lack of skill player talent.

Bad sports day. We are going to hire Belicheats Robin and a bad Sabres team is Embarrassing the Flyers.

I guess Joe Brady isn't even an option?

I'm frankly disappointed that Afan did not suggest that Brady left the Pats because he knew Mcdaniels would leave for a HC job this year.  He's slipping.

Apparently Lurie would rather have Belicheats Robin.

Does Mcdaniels bring the director of videography with him?  Perhaps a promotion to DC would be available as a sweetener.  Equipment manager/ball deflator for OC?  Anything less than QB coach probably won't convince him.

Flavor of the month, actually not much different from Kafka.

He was at the right place at the right time with Burrow, Jefferson and Chase

What you think Robin gets to take all the cool gear with him when he leaves the bat cave? That all stays with Bill. He's got to train his own guys to do that.

Bo Wulf(who originally broke the McDaniels story) said tonight he heard the McDaniels thing didn't come out of nowhere, they've been interested in him since the beginning and both parties may have wanted to keep it quiet.

I'd take either over McDaniels. What has he done besides ride Tom and Bills Coattails? When he stepped away from those two he was abysmal.
