If true, this makes the Mayo interview more interesting. I wonder if that interview was setup to gauge him as a potential DC while also gathering further information on McDaniels direct from a colleague.

With how Lurie mentioned Josh McDaniels by his first name and only his first name you habe to wonder if they had even reached out and had discussions with him before they even fired Doug and if so how long before they fired him did they start this dialog? 

The McDaniels' hire could be so bad it gets Howie fired, so there's that!

Gase and Patricia are disasters as HC's but they are great coordinators arent they?

As far as Patricia and Slay, I wouldnt be surprised at all if Howie was already resigned to the fact that hes going to have to trade Slay for cap reasons. So that relationship likely doesnt matter as Slay may have been on the move regardless.

It said there are two current openings, one after Eagles make JM official, and Bieniemy isn’t a candidate for either. Add the fact the other reports they aren’t even scheduled to anything Bieniemy. To me that’s screaming it’s done.

My only reason for optimism is that Ballard wanted McDaniels, and that guy is an amazing GM.

Bo, Sheil, and Zach weren't high on the idea of McDaniels. Sheil hated it the most. He just thinks there's too much baggage. I disagree, but I always like them calling it how they see it.

However, I kinda tuned out of tonight's episode once Bo and Sheil went on about how Lurie is gonna have to explain to the media why he hired McDaniels over a minority candidate.

The woke stuff by the football media is insufferable. Lurie doesn't have to explain to a single person why he hired a certain race of individual. It's completely irrelevant, and this critical race theory nonsense invading every nook and cranny of society is beyond toxic.
