Ok.  I think I screed it up when I said "excuse me Me officer”.  I was thinking if that one song that says "I’m a lyrical gangster”.  My bad.

Was going to say I’m pretty sure the next line was "my town that created all the bass sound”

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

If he's the HC then he wont really be able to coach WRs.  Not sure if he will call plays too but he will have his hands full with fixing  Wentz and play calling.

Hopefully he has some good position coaches lined up.

He won’t but if he see’s the wr’s dicking around during games or practice he hopefully has enough bravado to tell the WRs coach to get his ish together. Something Doug clearly didn’t do.

Embiid tonight: 42 points in 33 minutes on 19 shots= earning his paycheck

Ben Simmons- only took 5 shots in 34 minutes= stealing his paycheck.

If Ben had like 18 assists and 12 boards it might be OK

Speaking of trolls.  I noticed a couple of the Wentz haters have disappeared.   Did they give up?

Which ones ??

Groh was OC in college and a passing game coordinator in the NFL, so it made sense to me why he was chosen over Duce. But what doesn't make sense to me is why would Duce interview for OC knowing Doug was here for 2 years and would be calling plays, and turn down a promotion to just stay the RB coach? Being an OC without play calling would have been a good next step for a guy like him.

He got ass't HC though...

Yeah. That guy goes from 0-60 and then disappears for a while.

That drag picture someone posted earlier was beyond perfect.

And you know that dude just sits at the dinner table and grumbles to his wife about the faceless voiceless A-holes on the Eagles message board picking on him

What ever happened to that combat waiver guy?  I already had him on ignore, so I only caught part of that whole exchange

He never showed up at my house.

True.

Doug probably just said "hey guys....run your routes the right way or no ice cream for you after practice"

Yea, but RB coach to OC seems like a better move up the career ladder than staying just a RB coach with a meaningless title slapped on.

Yep.  Terrible by me.

It’s ok. I forgive you. Lol

Yeah... but that's what he got out of it, and likely a raise.

But what happens if Doug took all the visors with him?

He was 7-10 from the foul line. It’s fine if he takes 5 shots (I’d ideally want him at 8-10 in this scenario) if he’s getting to the FT line 10 times and making 70%. Problem is he doesn’t get to the line nearly enough to do that.

After the Wentz backward hat controversy I wonder what would happen if Sirianni showed up to his first PC with a backwards visor

Eskin would immediate go off about it on Twitter.

Because he doesn't shoot enough!

More cause he’s not aggressive enough at attacking the rim. If he just attacks the basket he could get like 10 times a night easily. If he’s shooting jumpers he’s not going to get fouled on them cause they are going to let him have those cause he hasn’t proven he can make them consistently. If Ben has 12 shots and 6-7 are jumpers the sixers are in a world of hurt. If he has 12 and it’s 8-9 dunks, layups or around the hoop that’s fine. If he just go to the basket he’ll get reach in fouls and shooting fouls. Problem is he doesn’t play with aggressiveness he needs to

he needs to learn to shoot but really if he shoots 8 times goes 4-8 and gets to the line 10 times and makes 7 FTs that alone is 15 points. He also needs to become a much better ft shooter. If he was a consistent 70 percent I’m guessing he’d attack more. But he sits at 63%. Also don’t think he has the attitude where you are just going to attack every time.

I’ve never heard of a non compete restricting an employee from talking to another company.  Most non competes restrict an employee from selling or talking to any former customers from a previous employer.  For a designated period of time, like a year.  That’s the most common type I have to deal with.

Often times it’s an industry wide thing.

I was told kafka was that 4 days ago. So gotta pick one candidate instead of just shifting it

But I don't think they actually plan on interviewing Kafka.

Breaking down Eagles tape.

That’s fine and we don’t really know the whole story behind that. But legitimately we had posters saying if they hire Kafka as head coach it’s the most uninspiring hire.

Saw this. TFWIW

Todd Bowles is the least inspiring choice and I don’t even see how it’s a debate.
