I like the hire.  Reich history, Colts have creative offense, made Phillip Rivers look good at 39, they are top 10 in run pass ratio, and will run the ball in the second half.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Ok how about this. He's also from Dougs coaching tree

But he's not, at all.

Sirianni is an unknown.  Reich vouched for him.

Maybe he’s Vince Lombardi, maybe he’s Rich Kotite.  I’ll get on board and hope for the best.  There are worse decisions they could have made.

But I swear to all that is Holy...if Spadaro puts an "ask Siri” section on the Eagles website, I’m out.

What is a B level coach?

Is his source Josh McDaniels?

Exactly what this team needs. Maybe we wont have players running into each other anymore.

Now give me Gannon as D-coordinator please

Oh God. I'm now terrified this is willed into existence.

Hey guys.  We got a guy who was in charge of a top 12 offense and was on no ones radar.   We couldn’t get Reich so we got the next best thing.  Visor’s 4 life.

He also spent 3 years as QC coach......... IN KC

Well, if Sirianna washes out in 3 years and Doug becomes a successful HC elsewhere, you can pretty much write in Doug’s OC with a pen as the next next Eagles HC.

Doug got exactly 0 interviews for open HC positions.

ZERO

Jared Mayo?

I prefer Gannon but he would be the runner up

This is a disappointment given that in theory we could have had Lincoln Riley or Robert Saleh.

However, I'll take Sirianni over Josh McDaniels, Eric Bieniemy, Mike Kafka, etc.

Not a bit of disappointment in an NFL coach over a purely college coach for me.   This is a move that makes me a little excited... Riley would have had me just hoping against my better judgement it works out.

He was never on Doug’s staff, so, no.

He's the protégé of the protégé of Doug

Can you imagine telling Mcnabb he was a Washington Redskin and if he goes into the Hall it should be with the skins.

 Players go in with all of their teams

Well I been "out" of Spadaro for quite a few years

Assuming Sirriani's offensive system is basically the Reich system, I definitely prefer that to McDaniels. Too much horizontal passing from McDaniels, which drives me nuts. Reich/Sirriani believes in the vertical passing game and though the running backs are heavily involved, they get them out into diverse routes.

It has always been about the OC/DC in this process for me...interested to see who he brings in...

Likely someone with some head coaching experience, would be my guess for one of the spots.

Don't let the facts get in the way of an uneducated hot take.  ;)

Really disappointed he doesn’t have an S at the end of his name.

Don't worry we'll put one there
