Keep in mind Doug never actually told Wentz he was getting replaced either — he just continued calling plays for Hurts and hoped Wentz would go take his helmet off. Doug is not a great leader of men, and being likeable doesn’t get you anywhere when the sharks start coming for some flesh

Players should be keeping this in house. Also, all the poor coaching decisions, use of personnel and down and distance playcalls, etc. But, Howie needs to go, too. But, Lurie has already tipped his hand by having Doug and Howie doing that joint press conference. That means they are coming back. Agreed. Sanders and now Wallace speaking out about it isn't a good look even if Hurts played like crap It was the right move to bench Hurts but Sudfeld sucked even more and it was easily to tell Eagles were tanking as every other team has done for the past many decades This on top of the Alshon crap we've been dealing with for over a year now is another reason Howie and Doug should be fired

I liked the K’Von Wallace pick, but .... hmmm, shutting up might be a prudent course of action, KMasterLock? It’s immaturity. He’s from Clemson and not used to losing. He’ll get plenty experience next year

This isnt a fringe, my brother in law heard from his aunt, who works with a hooker type ****. It's good etiquette to post a link to something that you're referring to, where possible. If you didn't know then it's no biggie, just try to do so going forward. Also think of it from this perspective - does it make sense for dozens of people to individually go and search for something or for you to post it once and everyone benefits? If you approached posting in here from the perspective of what's good for the blog and the community in here rather than what's good for me, it would be a no brainer.

And Miles has made absolutely NO MENTION of that at all. So, yeah, I would say that I win. You don't even know what you are arguing or trying to defend.

Joe Douglas didn’t draft Darnold, so I think they trade him pre-draft. The Jets fan base is pissed they missed out on Lawrence; I think they need to save face by drafting the next available option at QB #3 MIA — I think they try to trade out, but if no one wants to trade into the spot I believe they draft Sewell. Same rationale that Eagles fans use for drafting Sewell — you draft BPA and move pieces along the OL to fit #4 ATL — Parsons. Horrid defense, they need the best available defensive player. #5 CIN — either Chase or trade back with a team needing a QB I actually think atlanta depending on what they do with Ryan goes QB or corner. They deal Ryan it’s going to be a QB. If they keep him their secondary is god awful. Like almost as bad as Dallas. I’m guessing they go surtain in that spot if it’s not QB. cincy is a wild card if Sewell is not there. They really need OL, DL help and would also say corner. Likely none at 5 and WR would likely be BPA. I kind of think they want to trade back or trade up with Miami to get Sewell

The problem is that he also relies on veterans to police the locker room. Hard to do that when one of your leaders (Wentz) is not liked by the rest of the team.

Lawrence is a special talent but Fields seems like he could really become a player as well, imo.

The same insider who has had a very public and contentious relationship with the Eagles. Again, being "held back" would suggest it was physical. I can guarantee, that didn't happen. Or there would be a video record of it. You're the exact kind of mark that McLane is paid to fool. I said all I needed to say to him, with my response. On Twitter?

He never said anything about players going after the coaches. Well at first, the whole story was bogus. Now you have two players coming out saying they were unhappy. There is the video of Hurts saying " that's not right " after he was pulled. If you don't think that more is going to come out, you are kidding yourself. Pederson needs to be clipped today, or this team will be an absolute disaster next year.

January 5, 20214 yr Hmm I dunno, Steve from Delco said Kelce was throwing haymakers and had to have the entire offensive line hold him back. He then had Doug in a rear naked choke while calling him a cracker

They are playing for their jobs. We may get more players speaking out about it soon too. More reason for Howie and Doug to get fired
