If the NFL is gonna have hiring quotas for coaching positions doesn't it make sense that it should extend to ALL posttions?

Maybe they should have to hire based on the ethnic percentages in the general population.

I mean the narrative is laughable...  Lurie should have listened to what he said... Howie surrounds himself with good people... and he listens to those good people... but those good people can't find the right players... or they identify one or two, but they are always scooped up before the Eagles can draft them.

Guessing there will be a Press conference for new HC Sirianni at the optimum time to steal some SUPERBOWL thunder, I am not sure when that is exactly, but it appears we are waiting for THAT time, so the Eagles can grab some headlines when people are paying attention.

Yup and when he was at Utah he was the qb coach Dennis Erickson was the OC and they ran a west coast offense, his qb was a kid named travis Wilson, 3 5 7 step drop timing patterns from under center classic WCO.

Wilson wasn't very good and was always hurt but to the point he wasn't mobile or an RPO spread qb so Brian Johnson has experience in a number of different systems with different type of qbs

There was  a tweet that hit the nail on the head with this too.  Culley was an Eagles coach for 13 years.  The Eagles invested 13 years in developing him as a coach.  He goes to the Ravens for 2 years.  The Ravens get the comp picks for  "developing" Culley, despite the more than a decades worth of work the Eagles put in.

It's an absolute pathetic system.
