Goedert is athletic enough to be good in more 11 personnel style stuff. That has to be taken out of the offense. It's not the main reason why the offense has struggled the past two seasons, but they need a schematic change to help open things up more. It'll be interesting to see what they get for Ertz. I'm thinking a 4th rd

He still has no idea how to play linebacker but he's fast! That was the theme of last year, get fast guys. I hated the pick and he did nothing to prove me wrong. Is he fast enough to play safety?

January 5, 20214 yr Hot Take: Maybe Ertz was crying because he realized he Fed up when he didn't take the extension that was offered.

January 5, 20214 yr I've read a couple of of scouting reports on Pitts that says he might be not only the best TE in the draft but the best WR in the draft. Thoughts?

He doesn't look like a TE. He looks like a bigger WR. I'm not sure he would be a great blocker as a TE.

The same insider who has had a very public and contentious relationship with the Eagles. Again, being "held back" would suggest it was physical. I can guarantee, that didn't happen. Or there would be a video record of it. You're the exact kind of mark that McLane is paid to fool. I said all I needed to say to him, with my response. I believe the term to use here is rube.

I've mentioned this in here a couple of times, but my buddy is a scout for a team in the league and I asked him for his opinion on Taylor and he said that he didn't even have him on his team's board going into the last draft. He scouted him a lot at Colorado since he handles most of the west coast schools. He's a project at best, not a lot of experience since he didn't play high school football due to religious beliefs. Athleticism is there, but instincts aren't.

Anything can happen and I wouldn't be surprised after how this season played out. I still think they trade him

Nobody would’ve said much of anything if that’s the route you would’ve went. And you could’ve given Nate Sudfeld some tape to put out there this off-season and use the excuse you wanted to evaluate him

January 5, 20214 yr Since Alshon is likely finally gone I think back trying to figure out what went wrong There was an outpour of support after the Saints game. I remember hearing about the kids from a school writing letters to him of support saying it was ok and they still support him. Then when he actually went to the school I thought that was really cool. There was an outpour of support on social media telling him it was ok. We didn't expect a run so a lot of us were ok with the outcome. What happened?

Athleticism is there, but instincts aren't. I had an Arizona coach that told me they really like him but it was going to take at least 2 to 3 years to get him to the point of where he was confident enough to be a major contributor. He like the athleticism but said it was a major project that would take time to get him there. Thought he could get there though.
