Ok here’s my next sleeper.

LB Charles Snowden. 6’7 240LBs UVA

PROs:Abnormal size for a LB. good pass rusher. Nice speed for a big guy. Long arms good in pass coverage. Lead team and 4th in ACC with 6sacks. Quick as pass rusher off edge.

CONs: Needs more strength. Decent against the rush can get washed when he stands too tall and doesn’t have the strength to break away when OL gets hands on him. Suffered a broken Ankle so production numbers not great last season.

My opinion: Can go anywhere from 3rd -5th round. Has high upside if he can gain strength. Born Leader he marched with social justice protesters. Captain in UVA. Love to see him Inside Eagle green

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Too bad McLeod is probably done.

So... now we have to be inundated with Eli during commercial breaks?   🤦‍♂️

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt.

At least read the article. It’s pretty good.

Looked like "clicc" bait to me.   I don't subscribe.

I do not see them taking Pitts UNLESS they feel he can play outside. They wont be drafting him to play TE if they do go with him. Goedert will be your TE.

I wouldn’t take him at 6. But in a trade down scenario that picks us up an extra 2nd...like with the Niners for 12 and 43 for example. I would take him there at 12 in a heartbeat. My preference is Chase at 6.

Richie Grant is a really intriguing safety. He killed it this week. Might be in play with our second round pick.

He’s a center fielder which we don’t really have. Had a nice Senior Bowl week of practice. My preference is Hamsah but Grant may be a nice consolation prize. I think we NEED to come out of this draft with at least:

1 WR

2 CB

1 S

1 C

1 LB

1 rotational RB, preferably a one cut power guy

Thankfully this draft seems deep at CB and S. So Chase followed by a Tyson Campbell, Asante Samuel in the second is a nice start.

Something like:

Suit yourself. There was great stuff in there.

So what's the book on Solak in here? Too much of a Wentz hater? I've always found his stuff interesting.

Man, this Senior Bowl is loaded with long corners with decent to good movement skills.

He talks like a teen so people hate him. It’s annoying, but he’s knowledgeable and does some damn good breakdowns.

Solak's smart, but young. That inexperience shows up when discussing various concepts. So when you consumer his content, there's often good ideas but also some over-exuberance.

Agreed. I like Pitts. I think some people can’t get over the fact that he’s labeled as a TE. He’s really a Hybrid WR. He runs routes like a WR. I think he’s an excellent prospect. Is he worth 6? Depends on board but a trade back and land him would be great.

Is Nico Collins sitting out?

Worst advice ever given to this kid

Just sit out everything

The thing I have very little feel for about Sirianni, as opposed to our past few HC's, is how he likes to build a roster? Reid's philosophy was well known: qb, ol/dl, cb, etc. With Chip, it was the "big guys beat up little guys" and sparq stuff. Doug was AR redux. Sirianni seems to always be about "I'll work with what I got," but now is his time to communicate a philosophy behind how he wants to build the roster to suit a style of play. I can't shake the worry he was hired in part by Lowie because he comes across as an accepting "yes" guy who'll "coach em up" without too much pushback.

Listening to the BwF podcast and they talked about the questions they wanted to get to but weren’t called on: Staff building and how young it is, analytics, offensive philosophy, fourth down aggression.

After starting to watch some CFB prospects, I wish we could somehow turn #6 into Pitts and Toney.

Toney is what people hoped Reagor would be.  Pitts may project better as a WR.  But a position change for a #6 pick is not acceptable.  He’s going to make a team happy and may be worth a top 5 pick in hindsight, but he still belongs a bit later as a result of his unclear label.

They might be the 2 most intriguing pass catchers in the draft.
