I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

That isn't an exit interview. lol

It sure seemed like Doug was going to remain the HC until reports started coming out the night before he was fired (a week after the season ended)thst his job wasn't safe.

The rest of the roster showed up for their exit interviews.  Fans like you that are in full blown denial about the relationship between Wentz and the organization is just bizarre to me.

I am not in denial. I just chose to wait for facts, rather than use speculation. I am sure Wentz wasn't happy about being benched.

The Guy that benched him is gone. Lets wait and see what happens shall we?

Carson did show up  for his interview.......with Lurie his real boss and the only one who matters.

BTW it seamed more and more that Doug was gone each week during the season with his PC's and decisions on the field. Not sure what you were watching this year.

That’s not true. Week 17 everyone thought his job was safe cause of how he tanked that game.

Fair enough but it's the offseason. All there is to do is speculate on everything.

The guy that benched him is gone, but the guy who drafted his replacement in the 2nd round is not.  It makes a lot of sense for Wentz to have issue with Howie.

Do you have a source for that? The only reports I've seen regarding Wentz's exit interview with the team is that he no showed.

How would I know why he wouldn't? At the moment his career with the Eagles was in doubt because also at the moment no one knew what was going to happen with Doug and Howie

🤷‍♂️ Maybe he got the name wrong. I think he was referring to when Wentz declined to speak with the media at the end

Everyone? I for one had a feeling he was gone. That feeling grew every week more and more. His week 17 tank did not change that for me. I know many others who felt the same so I wouldnt use the word "Everyone"

Yes I heard from this guy, whos sister has a friend that knows Carsons wifes friend whos husband grooms Carson's pet dog.

No, I agree that's what he meant. And actually that is what the "media" calls it. That said though he was under no obligation.

I'll say this, it became apparent to me that he should be fired, in fact I thought he was coaching as if he wanted to be fired. 55 passes to 9 runs with a really bad oline and no wr's.  LOL Pulling Mailata and Fulgham off the field for Peters and Alshon, it was if he was tanking the whole season.

Do you have a source saying he skipped any team exit interview?

Do you have a source for yours?  I really want to see who said he didn't show for an exit interview with the team.  That's interesting stuff right there....if true.  I missed that one completely.  All that I saw was a bunch of crybabies whining about him not having a season ending PC.

Yeah and rightfully so.

So do you belief that Wentz has no issues at all with Hurts being taken in the 2nd round?  We see other QBs around the league that openly were not in favor of their teams drafting QBs high in the draft so why would Wentz be different? Especially when we see how he mentally fell apart this season.  Clearly it had an effect on him and while someone like Rodgers used that to fuel him to be better Wentz instead crumbled under the pressure of that new QB.

Careful now, E45 has proclaimed Fulgham a bum and worst WR on the team.

I didn't say he was obligated to do it. I think they're just obligated to speak with the media during the season. There was a thing about Watt supposedly skipping his and Watt denying that skipped it

Why would Bengals not draft Oline?

Slater isn’t a top 5 prospect.  If Sewell is already gone, and they trade back with another team who needs QB, Slater could be the pick.  Not at #5, though.

There is a paragraph on it here:

I think they were just messing with you. It was common knowledge that he chose not to speak with them and it was talked about a lot in here

Wentz has not spoken publicly since the Eagles' season ended, and a player source indicated that the quarterback did not have the normal end-of-season exit interview with Pederson or the staff.

I've been seeing some saying he's better than Sewell

I am not sure what your point is, if the Chiefs lose because of poor OT play, than investing is important....if the Chiefs win with backups, then investing in OT is also important by having depth

I was insinuating using high picks and signing players to huge deals

I think he had about the same issue that Rodgers had when Packers drafted a QB so high

"WTF is my team doing?"

If Wentz spoke out about it he'd be ripped apart more than he is now when not speaking about it

He's in a lose lose with this team/media/fanbase IMO

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!  You want someone to provide a source that discounts what you are saying?  Again, you said all the other teammates showed up to their exit interviews, but Carson.  YOU SAID THAT!!!  I asked you for a link....which is a source................soooooo.

I'll ask again.  DO YOU HAVE A SOURCE?
