I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Again.....he has no source that says the players all had their exit interviews with DP other than Carson.  That's BS and he knows it.

LOL.  Facts and truth do not matter.  That's why RTK and his nemesis, bobbywizdum, made for such spirited conversations.

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!  You want someone to provide a source that discounts what you are saying?  Again, you said all the other teammates showed up to their exit interviews, but Carson.  YOU SAID THAT!!!  I asked you for a link....which is a source................soooooo.

I'll ask again.  DO YOU HAVE A SOURCE?

I don't but I also haven't seen any reports of any other players on the Eagles skipping their exit interview but it has been reported that Wentz skipped his.

Careful now, E45 has proclaimed Fulgham a bum and worst WR on the team.

Would love for him to be the worst WR on the team, that would mean we would have a bunch of guys who are better than who we have now. Fulgham was the most productive WR we had all year - THATS HOW BAD WE WERE

Fulgham   38 Catches  539 Yards  14.2 avg       4 Tds

Goedert    46 Catches    524            11.4       3 Tds

Ward       53 catches      419           7.9 avg?   6 Tds   Really low avg for a WR

Reagor        31               396          12.8        1 Td

Rodgers    24             345               14.4         2 tds

Ertz          36                335                9.3        1Td

Alshon       6              115               19.2          1 td

The scenarios are completely different.  Rodgers is at the last portion of his career.  Wentz isn't and they had just signed Wentz to an extension.  Obviously Wentz isn't the player Rodgers is, that goes without saying.  But if Rodgers wanted to use that as motivation (ala MJ) even though we all know he can easily start for GB the next few seasons, that doesn't make the two scenarios comparable.  And that isn't even addressing the idea that we had so many other holes that needed to be filled with that pick instead of a QB factory candidate.

It was just my opinion...

I think it had to have done something even if it was really really small. Everyone had a WTF moment since QB was the last thing anyone would have thought we'd draft

I don't think it was the reason for his 2020 season. I think there's a collective of things that were the reason

Yup.  I remember saying on here there are quite a few RB who are better in the passing game than Ward.  Also remember lamenting that Rodgers was objectively a better TE than Ertz this season.

So what are you saying occurred?  Eagles didn't have any exit interviews this year? Because there has been nothing at all reported to suggest that.

what he is suggesting is that Wentz may not have been the ONLY player to not do the exit interview with the former coaching staff at end of season.

You keep citing what HASN'T been reported.  But you're also hitching your wagon on speculation as well.  Link something concrete to support your conspiracy or STFU!

I don't think Madonna has a D.  But I can't prove it because it hasn't been reported.

We know Eagles had exit interviews the Monday after the season.  We know Wentz did not have his exit interview.

So again I ask you, what do you think occurred?  Are you suggesting the Eagles held exit interviews but didn't actually interview any players or the Eagles had exit interviews and none of the players took part but only Wentz not taking part was reported on?

Might not have, but we don't have any reports on any other players skipping their exit interviews and when players skip their exit interviews that tends to be reported on since the only times players do so is when they are unhappy and do not plan to be back with the team.

Rodgers wanted to be on the team. Not sure about Ertz with that lack of effort in 2020. It was reminding me of when Jackson took the year off during a contract year

Did reporters ever ask him about his lack of effort? Don't remember when Jackson ultimately admitted to it back then but curious if Ertz would admit to it

Go google Carson Wentz exit interview.  The first couple of search results are articles with the headline

Eagles QB Carson Wentz declines exit interview with media

He did not skip a team interview, he declined a media session.

While I like it, the thought of the Eagles drafting LB's with their first two picks made me laugh.

Less secure.  Dalton is way better than Hurts.....at least at this point.

I know you like the term "exit interviews".  I'll provide you with this link, which is most likely where your conspiracy theory was born.

No, I already provided the link to the ESPN article.

Can you answer my questions?

I'd be so happy if the Eagles drafted high for LB.

Wentz has not spoken publicly since the Eagles' season ended, and a player source indicated that the quarterback did not have the normal end-of-season exit interview with Pederson or the staff.

There's that pesky anonymous player source again.  The Fer is everywhere.

Guys, it's not that hard. If Schefter had a reliable source on Carson Wentz, he would cite it. He's not once said he has a source. He literally said the opposite, that he hasn't talked to Carson Wentz or his camp. He's speculating.

I think the source is likely other players that are close to Wentz.  Schefter doesn't just seem to ever speculate for the sake nothing.  He is usually providing insight on a situation based on talking to people who know.  Ultimately, what Carson wants doesn't make a tremendous difference if the Eagles can't or won't trade him.
