Trouble is the coyotes around here have just about wiped out the grouse population. I haven't heard one in the woods for quite a while let alone getting heart palpitations from when they thunder off just under your feet. As far as bears around here, they need to be reduced but they are still very difficult to hunt.

Send the bears south. We will accommodate them.

Everything I have read is that the decline in grouse falls squarely on loss of habitat and West Nile.  You don’t exactly have a lot of young forest for grouse in PA.

If you like grouse hunting, maybe Carson will invite you to hunt quail with him in Texas.  Similar flush and shoot quick type hunting.   Love quail but I am lousy at hunting them.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

When you can’t accept criticism and you show regression for 3 season it becomes inevitable.  An improving QB would not make the rookie mistakes Carson did this year.

Bolded is false.

2018, set Eagles franchise record for completion percentage.

2019, set Eagles franchise record for passing yardage.

I don't know how that is considered regressing.

I don't think they would have to add picks to get rid of him, his contract is very reasonable to the team receiving him.

But they are going to get pennies on the dollar when weighed against the cap hit and the pick investment they made in the move up to get him.

That's my thought. There is no doubt that giving up on him will have cost way more the the player and cap hit.

Evergreen comment.

Add to that he moves on and rounds back into form, the optics would be beyond embarrassing for the Eagles.

With all the "media" reporting that Wentz wants out it's not surprising that Howie would be receiving calls and he would be foolish not to listen. Still nothing to see here. Now if Howie was making calls to gauge interest - that would be different.

I said this prior if there’s guys on this roster who’s long-term futures are not with the Eagles for during and after the rebuild then the Eagles should take all calls inquiring about them and seeing what value they could get for him. They are in a rebuild they would be doing a disservice if they didn’t answer the phone on any players and see if he value long-term is better with the team or with the value they get in a trade

It's probably just a matter of semantics. I bet Wentz's agent has asked for the trade, but Wentz hasn't. Most likely just wordplay.  The FO wants to keep leverage, so saying Wentz hasn't asked for it makes them seem less desperate to move him.

 can I call em or what?

He wasn't an MVP candidate?

Team didn't go to nor win SB?

Maybe he was talking about his hair line?

I have no doubt that he will go elsewhere and light it up..  it would be even more embarassing when the throwing RB that they left behind gets an extended shot.

You mean the guy who completes 52% of his passes and led the Eagles to points on 2 of 22 second half possessions as the starter ??

Yep.  The one read and run guy.

I have to remind myself, they can get 4 year olds to navigate the interwebs,  the bar to be able to post any thought that comes to ones mind in here, is set really, really low.

Asking for a trade and being open to being traded are 2 different things.
