It's not hard to use Google.

You indicated that he's failed to take coaching and hasn't worked on his mechanics.  Neither of those articles state that's the case.  They don't say Carson says this past offseason he just stayed at home or went hunting.  In fact, the first article states he is looking at his mechanics on every throw.  The second article indicates the opposite of your contention as Wentz states on his work on "mechanical issues" as follows: 

"But I notice that Week 1. I notice that Week 10. That’s football. And so, it’s something I got to be every week, every offseason just focused on.”

 

Again, your point is all conjecture, hyperbole and no substance.

Someone suggested the Raiders might be the landing spot, as Mayock and Gruden have always loved Wentz.

Would anyone here be interested in Carr as part of the return? is that even doable cap-wise?

I've always thought Carr was pretty decent.
