It still sounds like the Eagles are buying and not selling. They don’t have to move right away to a lower bidder.

And a comparison has nothing to do with what a player becomes but about skill set and physical attributes. Such as - Fulgham compares favorably to Hopkins but I would be laughed off the boards if I implied at all that they were similar players.

So now the Eagles will head into next season with a whole new coaching staff and a new starting QB. Personally I'm fine with Jalen Hurts being that guy. But in no world do I feel confident that the Eagles will stick with Jalen and won't end up drafting yet another quarterback with the 6th overall pick this year. They'll take that dope from BYU and he'll suck. Bet your house on it. 

The only thing that could possibly make this any more of a mind blowingly dumb Eagles move would be if Carson Wentz ends up going to Chicago with Nick Foles on the way back. Holy crap I can't wait for that to actually be the deal here. SELL THE TEAM! FIRE HOWIE! SELL THE TEAM! FIRE HOWIE!

Bring in whoever comes the cheapest.  We are not winning jack ish in 2021 so there is zero reason to waste cap on a backup QB.

this offseason is going just how a good portion of tate wanted it to so far, after the last year.  i mean, we can't get rid of the whole roster...  but moving the "key" pieces is as close to a clean slate as we can get.  i look forward to the upcoming dumpster fire of a season.  anything over 6ish wins (?) would be a pleasant surprise.

I joked about Lurie molesting Howie when he was an intern and Howie would tell all if he's ever fired but now I'm thinking I'm on to something!    I mean how in the world can Lurie be so absolutely loyal to Howie when EVERYONE sees that he's the problem.  The league is laughing at you Jeff.  The media is ripping you Jeff.  Your fans HATE you Jeff.
