Closer and closer.

Please Colts, step up and offer something better than this rumored Bears offer. For our sake and Carson's.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Seems that giving up 37 and Wentz to get to 20... basically means that Wentz is worth pick 58.    Foles and Cohen are throw ins, not a major part of the valuation (or at least shouldn't be).

I'd rather have another draft pick than Foles and Cohen.

Yea who cares. Let the bears figure out how to get rid of foles and cohen

That's what the value is for Wentz, Eagles asked for more and were hung up on as reported.

Then walk away and wait and don’t make the trade until you have to. They don’t have to make a trade for Carson Wentz until March 20. So if that’s the best offer they have they can sit and wait. You don’t have to accept it at this moment if that’s the offer.

We need a 4 to make up for the Avery debacle.

I would rather get the bears 2nd rather than having to send 37 their way. Not worth it. This team cannot afford to sit out a round. And before someone says "they can just trade back and get a 2nd", no, they cannot "just" trade back.

Yup.  But, then again, with Howie making the selections, we'd end up with JJAW, Pumphrey or Thorson.   Not exactly exciting.

That rumor with the 2nd rounder doesn't appear to be legit. The person they claimed had the report said they never heard that.

Trading for Foles back is just setting Siri up for failure...they can't trade for the SB hero back to have him back-up and not expect the fans to burn the city down when the Eagles are 1-7 around the midway point of the season.

Foles wins the QB job against Hurts 9 times out of 10.

Lol the Watt's aren't happy

That ship has sailed my friend. Wentz wants out, and the Eagles want him out. No two ways about it.

Eh, if the rumors are true about this offer..meh.. Can it be next year's first? or how about the 20th straight up for Carson

Reminder that he was shut down by the Eagles with zero sacks and no impact in that game

But.... I was able to trade back three times on first-pick, got 3 2nd rounders and a future pick... why can't Howie?

And then when Chicago ponies up 2 1st round picks (and more) for Watson, you lose a potential trading partner and Wentz' trade value to the Colts gets reduced to a 2nd round pick.

Going to be fun on draft night when everyone ****es about sitting out about 50-60 selections

Yeah, I looked for it on Twitter and didn’t see under that guy’s tweets. In fact, he was quoting Natalie’s tweet.

First off Deshaun would have to accept a trade to Chicago. Because he has no trade clause. So you think he’s just gonna go to Chicago who is having a massive issues right now on offense with weapons and allen robinson a FA who had issues with the bears and a new contract all year. And a coach on the hot seat and a gm. I’m willing to take that risk.

Oh no I’m gonna miss out moving 17 spots up in the draft where it’s considered from 20-50 to be about even. Meanwhile I get a second round pick and I get to keep my second round pick. much rather have two second round picks than two first round picks, no second round pick and then not pick again til the 60s and then not pick again til round five

I'd rather get a 2nd rounder from the Colts.   Colts' 2nd round pick is #53 (sound familiar), and the trade value from the Bears is equivalent to about #58.  AND... it means the Eagles have the same number of picks.  I'd rather have the extra pick at #53 than gaining 20 and losing 37.

I was about to ask because I didn't see it in any of the tweets.

I don't think the 2nd round pick in return rumor is legit.
