Wow.  Gone for an hour and come back to the best QB is football is not elite.  Don’t even know how to respond to that.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Did anyone legit report us kicking them back a 2nd rounder?  I only saw this from that fraud Vin Fosh.

Nope, but I don't think any offer was reported by anyone noteworthy. I feel like all that has been reported by pretty much everyone is there is interest

You're all over the place here and clearly we're not getting anywhere so I'll tap out just agree to disagree.

That certainly helps. Rough look without getting deep into the contracts it seems like about 50/50 over the past 20 years.

Plus people seem to forget that Tom Brady constantly took discounts versus the other top QB's.  That $5-10M/yr makes a difference.

He could do it because he got paid under the table via his shady TB12 supplement company lol.

Cry some more that your boy isn't Mahomes, washer.

Did I do it right? Did I come off as a dope?

Mahomes is a lock for first ballot hall of famer unless he retires after the game today.

What the hell is that guy on?

Well someone made a post saying there’s been like 2 average QBs to win a SB in the last decade.

i responded you could go further back to the last 21 (includes this super bowl) that been 4 in brad Johnson, dilfer, Flacco and foles.

afan Dave said i have low standards  for franchise QBs. As Eli Manning was average (if that) and comparable to dilfer and Johnson.

i said you probably shouldn’t be telling people who’s a franchise QB as you have stated mahomes is unproven.

afan Dave decided to then call me a punk and ask me if i were 17. Showing me dilfer was 4-0 in the playoffs (which cause he had an all time defense in the history of the nfl)

i responded with Manning is way better and for long than dilfer and Johnson.

everyone else tried to explain to him that mahomes was already proven with facts and that Eli isn’t great but he’s not dilfer and Johnson.

Trust me when I tell you the other offers reported were from people far more legit than Vin Fosh, who is nothing but a highly entertaining troll.

Also had Eskin saying the deal was wentz and a draft pick for 1st, cohen and foles

As long as its a mid to late round pick I think that's OK. A fourth or less.

When was the last time an average QB won? Foles? Before that? Flacco?

Eli but that was before Flacco. Peyton was average for his 2nd one.

Can’t be a fourth we don’t have our pick there.

Its been pretty quite today with trade rumors. Thats when the real offers are getting tossed around.

I damn sure hope the "Wentz and a draft pick (will be sent) to Bears for a number-one draft pick, QB Nick Foles, and RB Tarik Cohen" is off the table, we send them nothing and they can keep both Foles and Cohen, do not need.

We get picks and the Bears get Wentz, not hard to understand Howie.

If I'm the Eagles I take Zac Wilson all day long if he is there at 6, said it before say it again ,he ends up best qb from this draft.

I like Mac Jones too, but not at 6

What happen to

Mattwill

Veejer

That guy who was Seahawks fan, cant think of his name?

Matt did sign up but because of other things took a break.  I have exchanged emails with him on occasion but it has been a while.  No idea about Veej.

Lurie probably has a grotesque McMansion with lots of very pretentious eclectic art.

No idea if he's a modern art guy, but he has a main line home from the roaring 20's. Looks like he did a lot of work to it, hopefully more restoration than modernization (the solar panels don't give me a lot of hope though).

They raised a little over $200k for the little girl that was in the car wreck because of Reid

I feel awful for that mom. And for her daughter it’s heartbreaking she isn’t going to get to live a normal life. Single mom of 3 and with the covid restrictions right now is brutal and heartbreaking. i really hope the KC chiefs organization steps in and helps this mom and her daughter. I know they don’t have too but it would be nice if they did.

Kurt Warner had a similar start to his career as Mahomes (though at 27 years old), but he wouldn't have made the HOF if he hadn't come back from injuries and put up 5 more seasons in Arizona. IF Mahomes stays healthy, sure, but McNabb looked like he was taking the next step up in 2004, then the injury in 2005, and he was never the same again.

Durability is a quality, and to me Eli's only outstanding quality, he was consistently mediocre over a 14 season career.

I wonder if Lurie will speak after they trade Wentz or if they will just stick Roseman out there.

They shouldn't have to be raising anything, the chiefs should be footing every single bill that family has

Think there's going to be a lot of suing involved. She may even be able to go after the Chiefs

Kurt Warner is a good example for your argument actually. McNabb on the other hand...
