This one was worse just because the officiating and Chiefs’ stupid penalties  were so terrible that it undoubtedly made the game a blowout. It was a bad mistake filled game.  The Rams and Patriots at least was a good defensive battle.

I give a lot of credit to the bucs because they played good defensively. But it felt like that team they were playing just was not prepared and not mentally there. And their oline was nonexistent. I have not seen Tyreek hill drop a pass like that in forever. Haven’t seen kelce dropped a pass on third down where it hits him right in the hands. It just felt like that team was unfocused and it unraveled on them super fast. Like I don’t even think Patrick Mahomes played bad. he was running for his life and he was still making plays to where if they just make the catch they actually have two more touchdowns and it’s not a blowout

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Probably shouldn't have put one ref spot to a untested person.

All the respect to Otto Graham, but how many teams were in the league when he was winning championships? 8? Lol.

That was pretty harsh.  Cleveland Browns fan need something to feel good about.

Really it’s a kind of country music that started being classified as alt in the 90s. I think it had a little different sound in the 90s, lo fi, not heavily produced. The bands that started the genre had sort alt rock/punk roots. Of course, there were always artists like Emmylou Harris who were more of a folk genr or Willie Nelson and the outlaw country of the 70s. If you want to take a listen, Jason Isbell has a lot of good stuff.

I was into outlaw country in college and early in my work life. Willie, Waylon and the boys.  Jerry Jeff, Balcones Fault, Michael Murphy, Guy Clark and even Bocephus.  Graham Parson’s led me to Emmylou and I haven’t looked back.  The Blues met Bluegrass and Rock n Roll was born. I will give Isbell a listen.  Thanks.

Sensible discussion of music after watching techno pop with underwear on the heads of dancers and then some idiot insulting Springsteen.  Bruce’s last two albums, Western Stars and Letter to You are damn good.  Really like seeing the E Street Band back with Bruce on the latter.  Give a listen to the latter if you like E Street Bruce.  If you also enjoyed Nebraska, Western Stars is what that album could have been with a band.

It wasn’t her first time officiating. She was a line judge and I think only threw one flag for a neutral zone infraction.  It was was the back judge who messed up the call.

That game was close and the result wasn’t decided until late in the 4th.

That game was pure ass form start till finish.  This game had all sorts of excitement with scores and big plays and it really wasn't over until the 4th because Mahomes and the Chiefs have a long track record of of being able to overcome any deficit and make it a game.  Just didn't' happen this time.

Nah. Rams VS Pats in 2018.

That is what I was referring to

That was the worst Super Bowl all time

I might be biased but anytime the Cowboys won a Super Bowl that was the worst Super Bowl. Closely followed by the Giants and Redskins winning Super Bowls

Yeah, what team has EVER gone 7-9 to winning a SB the next year while beating a SB caliber team and QB, a top defense and arguably the greatest QB ever?

Why does this sound so familiar? Hmm.

Bruce is someone that I like but have never really sought out but I appreciate the recommendation.  I think you will like Isbell.

I really felt like the Chiefs should have done something for that little girl and her family.  Based off reading the go fund me account it sounds like he was coming from the Chiefs facility so he was drinking there, they knew that he was drinking there and they know he’s on Adderall while drinking. They are a multi billion dollar organization you could do something for that little girl and her family especially if it comes out he was at the facility drinking prior.

I actually think the eagles Super Bowl run was more impressive due to injuries but also I don’t think the Eagles at the end of their 7-9 season had nearly the talent the Buccaneers did. The Buccaneers didn’t lack talent. They lacked consistency at quarterback and a quarterback that didn’t throw 30 tds but also 30 ints. Like if they were ever able to get Jameis Winston to just throw half of the amount of interceptions they likely are a 10 win team. In my opinion the Eagles overachieved in 2016 with the talent that was on that field

Only watched the 1st quarter; took a shift to work a few hours once I saw Mahomes start 1-for-7 for 3 yards.  Chiefs were awful from the start; Hill has a TD pass go through his hands and hit his face mask, Mahomes was throwing every pass like a shortstop trying to throw to 1st base over a sliding base runner.  Add in a Kelce drop, the punter dropping a snap then shanking a punt out of his end zone, and a penalty negating another KC INT, and it was a foregone conclusion from that point on.

We will see what a little adversity does to Mahomes.  It’s worth noting Dan Marino never got back to another Super Bowl after getting beat by Montana and the 49ers.  It’s gonna help him there aren’t any other powerhouse teams in the AFC right now, though

That’s pretty sad, and for now the Chiefs probably want to stay as far away as possible for now. I’m sure there will be lawsuits pending.

Oh I guarantee they’re going to be a ton. However the most heartbreaking thing about this is that that little girl even if she survives this is never going to have a normal life. She’s always going to have issues for the rest of her life. On top of that her mother is a single mom to three kids and this is going on during Covid so she can’t even be by her daughter’s side through this.

Also, just to point out:

Mahomes has a running game. Mahomes has one of the best TEs in football. Mahomes has a freak of nature at WR and a slew of weapons. Loses two lineman and looks like garbage.

Wentz has 37 different offensive lineman and a college QB as his number 1 and gets crucified.

Maybe, just maybe, some of you need to be a little objective.

And no, morons, Wentz isn't and will never be Mahomes and I'm not saying that, so save it.

I feel for the Chiefs, Reid and Mahomes.  I'm not sure there was much they could do with their offensive line play.  It became difficult to watch.   Every time I would look up, Mahomes would be running for his life.  His most thrilling/amazing play is when he was running from pressure, gets to the side line and (almost) complete's a TD pass while his body was in the air, completely horizontally.  If that would have been a completion, it would have been an all-time highlight reel.

Add in the fact that NICK FOLES did it. Love Foles. Always will, but let's all be honest when we say there's just a tiny difference between Brady and Foles...

One is undefeated against the other in Super Bowls 😂

I think the Colts are close if they get a franchise quarterback. Easier said then done. That team has the talent on defense and the talent on the oline and RB. I think they add another weapon at WR to pascal, Pittman and Hilton (they have like 55 mil in cap space).

I am also curious to see how the Chargers build that team. If Justin Herbert plays the way he did this year and improves a palm that their defense isn’t that far off or being a very good defense. I think their major issue was coaching. They easily could’ve had 2 more wins if not for poor coaching.

Reid’s son was completely irresponsible here, and hopefully the law provides justice for that family. The last time Andy had family problems he stepped away for a while. He might need to do it again.

This is not his first rodeo either. He’s had other DUIs any road rage incident.

Can’t be sure what the organization knew about his drinking.  If he’s an alcoholic (if) there are a lot of functioning ones that hide it extremely well.  Not sure who knew he was taking Adderall, either.

When Pelle Lindbergh left the Flyers’ facility the morning of his car crash there were employees who greeted and spoke with him as he left who said he didn’t look impaired at all.  The people who accepted a ride home from him didn’t believe he was impaired at all either.
