I feel for the Chiefs, Reid and Mahomes.  I'm not sure there was much they could do with their offensive line play.  It became difficult to watch.   Every time I would look up, Mahomes would be running for his life.  His most thrilling/amazing play is when he was running from pressure, gets to the side line and (almost) complete's a TD pass while his body was in the air, completely horizontally.  If that would have been a completion, it would have been an all-time highlight reel.

That was honestly one of the most incredible throws I’ve ever seen and he still got it there and Williams dropped it

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

This is not his first rodeo either. He’s had other DUIs any road rage incident.

I thought he spent some time and jail, but last I heard he was cleaning up his life. I assumed Reid put him on his staff to keep him close. I guess it didn’t work. Just sad.

Can’t be sure what the organization knew about his drinking.  If he’s an alcoholic (if) there are a lot of functioning ones that hide it extremely well.  Not sure who knew he was taking Adderall, either.

When Pelle Lindbergh left the Flyers’ facility the morning of his car crash there were employees who greeted and spoke with him as he left who said he didn’t look impaired at all.  The people who accepted a ride home from him didn’t believe he was impaired at all either.

he has a prescription for Adderall and reid is his father so I’m guessing they knew about the Adderall.

Ok enough. Let’s get back to rumorville!!!

I like the Roquan Smith rumor much better than the Tarik Cohen one.

Also, just to point out:

Mahomes has a running game. Mahomes has one of the best TEs in football. Mahomes has a freak of nature at WR and a slew of weapons. Loses two lineman and looks like garbage.

Wentz has 37 different offensive lineman and a college QB as his number 1 and gets crucified.

Maybe, just maybe, some of you need to be a little objective.

And no, morons, Wentz isn't and will never be Mahomes and I'm not saying that, so save it.

The Eagles had offensive line issues this year but backups like Mailata, Herbig and Driscoll came in and did fairly decent jobs.   Kelce made the pro-bowl and Seumalo was solid when he played. Most of the pressure issues would usually come from one side of the line, usually featuring Pryor.

You can't really compare that to what happened tonight.  I've never seen an offensive line look like bowling pins on almost every snap....like EVERY passing play...complete collapses...and it was magnified by their RB's/TE's not blocking well when they blitzed.  Have the stats been released yet?  How many QB pressures did the Bucs have tonight?

I feel like the Colts are going to wind up making an offer that beats the Bears offer. I’ll look at it this way. If I’m a colts where am I going to get my quarterback that’s the Missing piece? I highly doubt the Texans are just going to trade them Deshaun Watson as they are in the same division. They can trade for Sam Darnold but Sam Darnold has proven less than Carson Wentz. You got a try to move up into the top 10 of the draft to get one of the three quarterbacks behind Trevor Lawrence? I think you’re gonna have to overpay to do that and they’re not gonna be ready to start on a Super Bowl contending team that has a roster that’s built to win now. After that what are your options? Jimmy G or Teddy Bridgewater or Jameis Winston? Carson Wentz and salvaging him might actually be their best bet to get a quarterback in there

I understand the Bears are also desperate. I think the colts window is now and i think they believe reich can turn wentz around

Didn't watch too many Eagles games this year did you?

If he’s in a deal I’d be all for that! I doubt it happens though.

When did the entire o-line collapse on almost every play this season?  Most of the time the pressure would come from ONE side of the line.  And they had their fair share of overall solid games mixed in as well.

I don't want to start this up here because it's beating a dead horse but if your QB is in the pocket for over 2.5 seconds and pressure begins after 2.5 seconds, the offensive line did their job.  It may "appear" to be the offensive line's fault in that scenario but the majority of the responsibility at that point would be on the QB's shoulders to either attempt to escape the pressure or throw the ball away.

Maybe Reid steps away to deal with family issues and gives Bieniemy a chance to be HC and run the team?  Just a thought.  Doubtful but it would be good for EB.

K now that that’s over with. Where is the Wentz trade?

I actually got to meet him when his son played baseball at Arizona. He was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Talk to me for a good hour while watching his son play. Way too soon

Doubt it. His kid is 35. He needs to be responsible for himself at this point.

I have to say I’m a little irked that Drew Pearson got voted into the Hall Of Fame.  Led the NFL in receiving yards once in 1977 — the only year since 1959 without a 1,000-yard receiver, only in the top 5 in receiving yards 3 times in his career.  Three-time Pro Bowl in 11 seasons.

Much better candidates out there still waiting to get in

Honestly if hill and Williams don’t drop touchdown passes they have a chance to be in that game mainly cause mahomes making throws when he’s horizontal and parallel to the ground

Crazy game. Just shows no matter how much talent you have if the Oline is sucking the whole offense is ruined. Even Mahomes couldn't manage the pass rush.

Could also add if hill and Williams don’t make JJAW like drops

I still can’t believe Williams dropped that.

Hahaha, wonderful connection.

Yeah, I know. I can't believe how many times these dopes dropped the ball or had it hit them in the face.
