Mahomes incompletions were better than any completions Wentz made all year. Mahomes is insane. There’s already people on social media saying "see, this is proof Wentz is fine because Mahomes struggled!”

I mean, I didn’t see Mahomes throwing passes with a clean pocket 20 feet over his targets heads like Wentz did all season. Or throw passes into triple coverage when there are wide open guys elsewhere.

The excuse making for Wentz is just ridiculous.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Hahaha, wonderful connection.

Yeah, I know. I can't believe how many times these dopes dropped the ball or had it hit them in the face.

crazy cause you almost never see hill, kelce and a play like that to Williams get dropped. It’s been a while since I’ve watched a chiefs game and their skill position players let them down. The last time might have been with Alex smith at QB. And their oline was horrible.

I asked this during the game how many first round picks do you think it would take to convince the chiefs to even remotely consider trading him? I ask cause there were reports teams called asking about Wilson and the Seahawks said no

10 first round picks and I don't even think they'd do that. He's irreplaceable. He's going to be the greatest to ever play the game when all is said and done.

Yeah, there's no trade the Chiefs would ever take.

There's some merit to the Wilson rumors since the Seahawks considered trading him in the 2018 offseason to the Browns for the first overall pick, to draft Josh Allen.

Yeah I don’t think they would ever trade him. I can’t imagine the ridiculous offers they would get if they did though.

i don’t know if josh Allen would’ve become the player in seattle he did in buffalo but they would’ve chosen the QB that has turned out the best

Kevin Harlan is awesome

So after 5 months and a global pandemic the NFL season, that many said would never come to a full completion, didn't come to a full completion. What a crying shame.

James thrash and a 5th should do it.

And Foles straight up out dueled him. The NY giants D was just so good those games.

Didn't watch 1 minute of the super bowl (I said I wasn't going to but deep inside I wasn't sure). 1st one in my life I didn't watch at all. As the last remaining sport that I can stand it's starting to lose it's grip on me. I saw the score after the game and the first thing I thought was "it figures".

For most of you that watched it home much was it a homefield advantage for the Bucs?

The calls from the zebras certainly went the Bucs' favor like a home game for Brady.

Fortunately it was such a butt kicking that those calls didn’t really matter.

I saw a stat that the Chiefs called five-man protection on 92 percent of their drop backs. Just a brutal game plan.

Lol

Good old Andy

The Eagles OL was not a train-wreck this year (the advanced stats) back it up.
Yesterday, the Chiefs gave up the most pressure in the history of the SB.

The excuses for Wentz are crazy.

Huh?  🤔

I.e. we should not acknowledge that Brady has another ring.

Well... we can bicker over that.   I'd say the holding that had nothing to do with the play that reversed an INT when the score was 7-3 might have had something to do with the outcome.  Or the string of penalties right before half that turned a 14-6 game into a 21-6 game.

The Chiefs offense was not good, primarily due to backups along the OL... ( 🤔  ) , but we all know that a single play can have a drastic change on the outcome.   That said, I really didn't want the Chiefs to win either.  So, I just didn't want a brutal game to watch.  It was brutal, and I turned it off after halftime (my wife wanted to watch the halftime show...).

Recency bias and all, but I might be inclined to agree.

If that pass would have been completed (and it could have been) that surely would have been the best pass ever?

Oh good... advanced stats.   Do these advanced stats include OGs that adjust their gloves in the middle of the play?   Give me a break with this 'advanced stats' crap.

Wentz was bad.   But the OL went through about a 4 or 5 week stretch where it was an absolute train wreck.  It got better as the season wore on, as the players who were on the field got some more experience playing together and improved.  But, there's no way that anyone in their right mind without an axe to grind can honestly say that the OL wasn't in shambles for large portions of the season.   That's ludicrous.

I'll disagree with Ross... nothing about that defies the laws of physics.  It does, however, stand as a testament to Mahomes' athleticism.

No you're absolutely right bro, we're all just Fing blind. The o-line and receivers were awesome this year.
