Wait........WHATTTTTTT!!!!?????

Honestly the discussion about him going back to school cause it was the Jets at one around mid-season was pretty ridiculous. Imo The jags are far worse place to go and he still declared. He was never going to go back to school when he is basically a guarantee to go top 2 and more likely near guarantee to go 1.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

No... there was one story that was echoed around...

Nah....if it were me, I would much rather go to Jax.  Especially if I was from Georgia.

Personally if I can get paid millions of dollars I wouldn't go back to college and risk injury for nothing.

They also had a quote where he tried to compare the jefferson and reagor pick to Graham and earl thomas from years ago and say thats also a likely outcome. It’s frightening that they keep saying things like before this year the last 3 years we were 35 wins and one of the best in the league. Well since that super bowl season you have 22 wins which would be around 20th in the league so really you haven’t exactly done a great job since. You don’t live off 2017 for the rest of your tenure.

If you do, it should be a very short tenure.   But, Lurie is buying this load of manure.

Idk i hate Florida in general. I feel like ny ownership while bad isn’t khan who is basically controlling everything down there and might eventually relocate them to some place like England.

Hmmmm.  Let me see.  N Florida or the Meadowlands.  Pretty easy choice for me.

Doesn’t have to live in the meadowlands. Just play there on Sundays. He can live in NYC or a rich jersey suburb. Heck jj riddick lived in Brooklyn when he played for the sixers.

We heard Sudfeld would play before the gsme started.  No clue how the team didnt know.  But Miles might not have been paying attention, since he knew he was deactivated early in the week.

Doug is still an idiot but he did mention during the week about Sudfeld possibly playing and Collinsworth mentioned during the game we might see Sudfeld.

Then it actually happens and everyone is freaking out.

Sucks this world we live in is filled with so many drama queens.

Folks... declaring for the draft does not negate that he could still pull a power play on the Jags.   I don't think that he will... but he could.

Trevor Lawrence was born in TN, played HS football in GA, and played college football in SC.  He's a southerner through and through.  I think he'd feel right at home with Jacksonville.  And might actually be uncomfortable in NY.

Without playing another down, he will be paid enough money upfront to be set for life (with just a little bit of common sense on money management) and wouldn't need to earn a dime beyond that first contract.   He will do what he thinks is best for him, but very very very few NFL players have ever made a power play on draft day.   I don't expect him to make waves.  He still could, but that would be shocking to me.

Wow.   I never thought that anyone could be this stupid.  A first party participant to the events in question completely and unequivocally denies that the thing reported happened.   There is absolutely is no EVIDENCE that it did other than McLane's story which names virtually no one, but the one guy who is named completely calls BS on the entire thing, but you decide to double down on this.  You have outdone yourself, and that's hard to believe.

Seems the only ones in the dark were YOU and Miles Sanders (neither of whom were actually at practice last week).  Literally everyone talking about that game talked about Sudfeld playing, which was why they deactivated Wentz.  So, spin it however you want but the truth has been stated by someone not afraid to speak the truth, and...

Good bye forever.

The thing that irritates me with Miles Sanders saying what he did was if that game was meaningful he’s out there playing and not on the sideline sitting out. So everyone was upset but you weren’t upset at the fact that you were benched earlier in the week because they didn’t want you to get hurt and they were trying to lose a game all week leading up to that cause it was meaningless. So you knew they were not trying to win a meaningless game and keep you healthy but you were upset that they pull Jalen hurts in an attempt to do what they were doing with you all week

That isn't what is up for debate though.  Doug is an idiot, and should be gone, along with Howie.  But, the Sudfeld thing plays no part in any of that.  There was no down side for the Eagles that Sudfeld play in that game.  Even if some how he lead them on a miraculous come back... he could end up getting a nice contract out of it and while the Eagles lose the #6 pick and end up at #9, they likely get a high 3rd round comp pick for Sudfeld for duping some team.   And if he goes out and looks decent, but they lose... even better.   And if he goes out and sucks, they still have the #6 pick and he was gone anyway.

OK.  North Florida or NYC.......pretty simple to me.  But then again, I am ready to bury my feet in the sand and look at the sunset until I die.

I’d choose neither if we are being honest. i live in Arizona and choose AZ over both lol

I’m also curious after covid how serious the nfl and khan are about relocating that team from Jacksonville to England.

Declaring is such an easy decision for Lawrence. Lock to go #1. Take the money.

If he succeeds, great!
If he doesn't, people will blame Jacksonville.

Win-win situation.

I have a friend who is a very good source for insider info and has connections to team coaches, including Pederson. I can’t name him, obviously, but let’s just call him A.Cataldi. Anyway, he talked all about this on his morning show well before you brought it up.

Agreed.   Doesn't really help David Carr though that he went to Houston and they screwed him up.  But, he got a lot of money for it, and is set for life.   And somehow managed to turn it into a TV deal, so that's nice.

I'm pretty sure he's an untrained chimp, as he's just tossing feces around constantly.

Mosher today. "I spoke to a player who played in the game. He told me was not mad. I asked if there was any aggression towards Doug, he said if that happened you would have to show it to me, meaning he didn’t see it. I asked him if the sentiment of the team is they are really mad at Doug, and he didn’t think it was.”
