Both are starter quality, Dillard would have started at LT, and if Lane is healthy, he's the best RT in the NFL, so if you're going to knock a pick for starting by default, credit a pick for being starter quality but blocked by a great player.

Same with Driscoll, he was a decent RT, though more suited to OG, he's got solid technique, good size and athleticism, he could start for most teams. Just a matter of time before he starts here, meanwhile Pryor has started, but we know he's not starter material.

Most LBs drafted after the 2nd rd don't start as rookies, but both have the athleticism to have a shot this season or next. Why I say "maybe."

Still could start for most cover 2 teams, you judge a draft pick by the player, not the opportunity

That's why he's in the "maybe" category, will probably end up starting somewhere, does he fit Gannon's scheme?

If you're judging drafting, starting elsewhere does matter, Schwartz had a real problem developing DBs, and probably communicating what he wanted to the personnel people. I think Gannon is more focused and certainly better at developing DBs. Long list of DBs who went elsewhere and succeeded. Vaitai is starter quality, not top end, but he was a 5th rd pick.

When has dillard proven to be starter quality? Show me where he’s proven to ge a bonafide starter? Playing ok for a game or two isn’t bonafide starter. So that’s bs.

Driscoll haven’t proven anything more then a a competent backup. You projecting it doesn’t mean he’s a starter right now. Not that he absolutely becomes one. He could have a decline like pryor  pryor was fine for a couple games in 2019 like the seattle playoff game then reverted sane could happen as a draft pick in rounds 4-7

maybe isn’t a starter. Furthermore neither showed high end upside in their limited playing time. There’s a better chance neither is more than a backup

mills is a low end starter who offers no upside. Even in cover 2 he’s a bottom of the league starting safety. He’s better in a backup role. He’s also a FA could be gone

how does wallace wind up starting somewhere else if he could just not be all that great. He might just be a backup player. You just project because legitimately he’s shown nothing and had plenty of opportunities last year with injuries

Could be Schwartz couldn’t develop players and howie didn’t do a very good job  i know couldn’t both cause howie does not wrong. vaitai is a great swing tackle and can start for a couple games if need be. Longer he plays the more he’s exposed. Great swing tackle not worth the money as a starter

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

So what position was Seth Joyner playing?

Everywhere.

I wonder if there are any thoughts running through Laurie's head to fire Roseman and keep Wentz or if he is still all in on wonderboy Howie after this comedy of errors so far this offseason.

I was referring to #1 overall for TLaw

There isn't a deal the Eagles could put together to get that #1 pick.

It is hard to imagine just what it would take for Lurie to fire Roseman.

https://www.tmz.com/2021/02/09/super-bowl-streaker-yuri-andrade-bets-prop-375000/

A rep for the betting site Bovada tells TMZ Sports the company has launched an investigation into the claims -- and DID "identify some betting irregularities on our Super Bowl prop ‘Will a fan run onto the field during the game?'"

As a result, Bovada says it will refund all losing bets on the streaker wager -- along with "all those 'YES' wagers we’ve determined to have had no part in the betting irregularities."

The implication from the statement is Bovada could nullify wagers connected to the pre-meditated stunt -- which would mean they would NOT get paid.

"We’ll be reaching out to all those players impacted by this event shortly."

No issues at all with Bolton in RD2.

I think he is at his best when everything is in front of him, big hitter , I dont think he ends up running well . As far as him in coverage  , I wouldn't want him running df much. Just a guess but I would say no better than 3rd pick

Yeah doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the better team. Chicago is philly lite with Pace and Nagy there.

The Bears are the Eagles with a better defense  at this point.

Geez posting in here is like a bunch of monkeys ready to pounce on a bunch of bananas.

I even went out of my way to say not a worthy source and TIFWIW and still sure enough someone had to discredit the source 😂 I feel bad for some of ya.

Well obviously it's not a worthy source, since he wasn't the source.

He was. He put it out there 🤣

The Lions had a bunch of their assistants speak today, including Duce. It sure would be nice to hear our coaching staff talk...
