I know its wiki but Roseman has no background in football, I believe he's a lawyer. So how they hell did he become a GM? Do most GM's have a football background? Mike Tannenbaum, then with the Jets passed him off to Banner who found a spot for him, and got him learning the business, and over the years from 2000-2010, he "worked his way up" and finally became GM.
