Many others will be charged with some form of sedition related offenses that'll include a bunch of minor things like trespassing to go with the more serious offenses charged. I guess Trump could pardon them all right before he leaves, but even at his level of stupidity he might understand how very wrong that would be giving the deaths that took place. 5 days from now his story as President ends, and too long a story it was.
